MemberCompsognathusJan-15-2015 12:01 PMwell in this day and age its pretty hard to avoid these things. they pretty much need government level security to protect movies from this type of stuff

MemberCompsognathusJan-15-2015 12:34 PMYeah, Even though I am excited I do feel bad for him, but today in the film buisness it's almost impossible to keep this stuff a secret unless you have top protection as DinoBoy said.

MemberCompsognathusJan-15-2015 3:26 PMHere's the problem.
They're expecting this film to have the same, Greatness as the first one.
However, It's been well over twenty years sicne the original film hit.
Things have changed DRAMATICALLY. Why Colin and Marshall were expecting this film to be as great and secret as the other JPs, Is well beyond me.
This film, Has been waited for, For a long time. This is mostly Excitement from fans.
The fans don't know any better, That's why we've got so many leaks.
It also doesn't Appear like they've done Anything to stop the leaks. This is universal we're talking about, They can have a lot of stuff removed by request.
So, Why haven't they? They had the ability. They only humbly asked for fans to step aside and not view them, But they didn't nessicerly do anything really.
I do feel sorry for Colin, Because nearly 60% of this movie has been leaked on the internet.
But there's so many Percautions they could've taken to stop it. The reason that not all of the original JP Was leaked - They did have internet, Just not like today- Was because it didn't have as many extras. Most of the cast were real actors. While, JW Called for a lot of extras...
A lot of extras is something a Might difficult to control.
Especailly when they've seen essentailly the whole storyline of the film.
I do imagine they had some sort of contract to bind them to not leaking.
But, the Internet is a weird place, And most of those contracts probably were written without the thought of Social media in mind.
The least we can do as fans, Is not watch/view any more leaks.
Life cannot be contained, it breaks walls, crashes through barriers sometimes painfully, but uh... Life uh, finds a way

MemberAllosaurusJan-15-2015 4:36 PMI, too, feel bad for Colin. A lot of the movie has been leaked, along with a good idea of how the I. rex looks.

MemberCompsognathusJan-15-2015 5:19 PMActually i dont think its really that bad for him, i mean the man also has access to the internet and he can see the surprise his been trying to hide all over the net, but hey he could also see the comments and reactions of fans loving it, this is a fresh new concept for a highly anticipated movie where his name is on the line, and to see fans satisfied with this, imo that sort of take away 60 - 70 percent of the disappointment and the pressure, dont you guys think so too? :)

MemberCompsognathusJan-16-2015 5:07 AMi agree with everyone. its just one of those horrible things.
personally i could have waited but if ppl post it up i couldnt stop my self from looking. lol
but saurornithoides ur right he prob sees everyones reactions.
He probably has taken fans opinions on board and corrected all of the faults such as CGI. But put ur self in his shoes, if u were to go online and see all ur ideas leaked im sure u would be a bit pissed at first, UNTILL THE POSITIVE REACTION. He has seen how everyone has loved the new I Rex design. i havnt found anyone that doesnt. So i think he will be annoyed and satisfied.
after all he has made this film for the fans :)

MemberCompsognathusJan-16-2015 5:23 PMHa ha we all know that is never going to happen. No one replaces the King!
but the good news is that even though the new spinosaurus discovery states that he is in fact a midget he still looks bad ass! And perfectly adapted for its surroundings. At the waters edge a T Rex would not stand a chance on land the spino wouldn't .
