Chapter 5

The Monster Inside

I am Dinami, The kings general of stealth. The King walked slowly towards the mountain the human caravan followed behind him, the generals also followed the caravan the White king was behind them taking up the rear. The caravan is almost to their new location, leaving the ruined city of london, to a city in the iraq. The city has been named by the king he called it Gaia, the caravan moved into the walled city. The city was the size of long island but the wall was the size of the state of texas. The wall was massive bigger than the king twice fold, it was equipped with aerial defence units and anti-tank guns. The people inside of the walls lived a some what normal life now, but they can never live the same as they did before the war. The guards of the facility scanned each person that entered the building for signs of the any disease that might compromise the facility. When the guards did find someone with a disease or not even human at all they grabbed ahold of the person and dragged them into a building and they are never seen again. Everyone in the caravan knew what happened in there they were executed it just to keep the public eye away from seeing what happened.

Caption donovan was taken out of the tank on a gurney the guards waited for them to make it up to the gate the guards looked down on them like vultures waiting to take the caption away. General Adwolf walked up to the guards he whispered in one of their ears. The guard looked towards the other one and yelled “Open up the gates VIP’s.”

The giant gate opened slowly with a slight screech as it scratch the metal plates that they are set on.  The gurney was carried threw the doors following them is the Tyrannotitan Thanatos his scales gleemed in the desert sun. He walked slowly with a slight limp in his right leg he may be immortal but the pain was all too real after his encounter with the world eater he could barely walk, he was tired and hungry his eyes started to turn black.

Thanatos made it to the top of the stair he sniffed the air and smell food turning his head he looked for where it came from his eye turn completely black. Archimedes noticed it first He lunged at Thanatos grabbing ahold of his neck the Dinami noticed next he looked down at General adwolf using sign language “Get everyone out of here thanatos something is wrong with thanatos.” General adwolf yelled at one of the Guards “Code red, code red get everyone inside.” The guard noded and hit a button that was right next to him, an alarm went off the people on the streets panicked and rushed into the nearest building under a minutes everyone was gone the guards were on top of the walls.

Archimedes lost his grip on thanatos neck the tyrannotitan turned toward archimedes and lunged at him archimedes managed to dodge his attack archimedes tried to Talk to him “ Thanatos look what you are doing stop this now or you will destroy this compound.” Thanatos did not reply he sniffed the air and ran off Dinami and archimedes chased after him. When Archimedes and Dinami made it to where thanatos ran off to a his maw was red lying next to him was a carcass of a large mammal, his eye have returned back to normal color.

He looked at archimedes then at Dinami and said “ I could not control it any longer it has been a very long time since this has happened.” Dinami said “I know It is hard to control it has been millions of year since this has happened. We must not let it come out for if we do we could destroy entire cities, and if it does nothing can stop us. The humans are lucky that we were able to see the signs or else there would be many casualties.” Thanatos moved away from the carcass still with a limp in his leg the other two general finished the carcass. Thanatos walked back towards the gate the human where back to their business, they were unaware of how serious the threat really was. Thanatos laid down next to the gate and closed his eye falling asleep slowly, the only thing on his mind was what happened and how he could do nothing if the animal side of him was to get loose once more he could destroy entire cities. The sound of the desert was the last thing he heard before he fell asleep.
