MemberCompsognathusNov-28-2014 3:30 PMHello everyone! I know a lot of is have wondered if T-Rex will be showcased in the film. Colin confirmed it, however it wasn't in the trailer (or was it?) so no one knows how it will be featured yet. Back to the or was it part: a few days ago I posted something about viewing one of those trailers that were leaked, but haven't been released to the public yet. For those who have seen it you'll remember hearing the Rexes roar as a large theropod dinosaur slams into the Gyrosphere. Many think that it was D-Rex as that's what it looks like in the JW trailer. In my opinion I think we where wrong. I think that in some part of the movie either when the park goes to shit or before that Ty and Nicks characters will take the Gyrosphere out for a "joy ride". Now the scene was at night, so it could mean they got lost or the park already went to shit and they didn't know it yet (which explains why Nick Robinson was on his phone when it happened. So that could be one way the Rex was featured. Basically the scene showed Ty panicking and Nick not caring. Nick looks up from his phone and sees the Rex ram into the Gyrosphere. On another note we have seen a short clip of the film with a goat. My explanation: T-Rex Kingdom. Another possible way we could see the Rex is after the kids arrive they see T-Rex kingdom. They walk in, but the Rex is no where to be found so they settle for the Mosasaur feeding show instead.
Also not my theory, but @SilverFalcon had a really great one about the Rex getting D-Rex into the Mosasaur aquarium and have the Mosasaur kill D-Rex!
So these are a few theories of mine how Rexy will be featured. What do you think? Sorry if already posted! :)
The giant gate that read Jurassic Park was ruined. The gates where torn off and their where pieces of them all over the ground. Muldoon saw herbivore foot prints maybe Parasaurs or the Trike herd W

MemberCompsognathusNov-28-2014 3:56 PMAt first I read the title as "How I think the T-rex will be Feathered in Jurassic World." Needless to say, I was very confused. Also, thanks for mentioning my idea.
I guess I'll offer some more of my opinions though, as people seem to like them.
I believe that the rex will either break free from its paddock in a scene reminiscent of the classic one from the first movie, or it will be released on purpose in a last ditch attempt to stop the D. rex (leading to their fight and, finally, my mosasaur glory scene!).
I think that we won't see much of it in the first arts of the movie, with much of the focus being on Nick and Ty's (just realised they share their names with my cousins...) adventures in Jurassic World. I like the idea that they stop by T-rex Kingdom only for it to not show up, as it harkens back to the first film.

If that does happen I think we can all prepare for what will probably be the most brutal, destructive and amazing showdowns in Jurassic Park history!

MemberCompsognathusNov-29-2014 4:23 PMHmm... The rex was lead away by flares in the first movie. Evan, I think you're on to something!

MemberCompsognathusNov-29-2014 6:28 PMIt would be cool if they remade that scene maybe even with the "When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth" banner.
