dilophosaurus vs utahraptor

Before we start I would just like to say good luck to my competition. Your gonna need it.......... I couldnt say that with a straight face. But seriously let the best dino pair win.

utahraptor was the largest dromeosaurid ever at at a size of 24 feet on average and 1500 pounds and 6 feet tall. for weapons it has 1 to 3 inch teeth, 5 to 7 inch hand claws and of course a pair of 16 inch killing claws on each foot. this was the true predator package. it had brains,strength,weapons speed,size, and then more and more....... it was more then a match for dilophosaurus.

Dilophosaurus wetherilli

Belonging to the most advanced Theropod family of the early Jurassic. Dilophosaurus was discovered in 1942 in the Kayenta Formation in Arizona by Sam Welles who described the first holotype of the species in 1954. Originaly named Megalosaurus wetherilli, the name was changed in 1970 to Dilophosaurus "two-crested lizard" because of the double crests on the top of its head.

 the utah and dilo face off and size eacother up.the dilo lunges for the utah but the utah quickly evades then slaps him in the face, leaving three large,deep claw marks with blood gushing from the open wounds. then the utah charges with his mouth wide open, ready to kill.

Dilophosaurus being an agile animal would be able to dodge to the best of its abilitys. And as the raptor snaped at him he would use his own claws to rake the raptors face and neck, but keeping a wary distance from the raptors claws and mouth.

then the raptor backs up and kicks, sending that huge claw into the side. but the dilo evade most of the claw. only the tip of the claw went in. utah attacks and leaps up into the air!!!

Though it dosnt seem like it the Dilo's crests could withstand great forces, he will use this oppertunity to charge the raptor in mid-air head butting the raptor in the stomach sending it sprawling, but takeing two decent slashes to his side and one of his crests snaps at the top.

resilent as rubber the utah gets up and snaps at the dilo then bites the snout and begins slashing. then kicks the dilo right in the gut, sending the 16 inch claw deeep into the stomach cavity.

Though he cant dodge the toe-claw entirely, he manages to backstep forceing the raptor to drop his foot for stability and only leaveing a long but shallow slice down his stomach. And yanking his snout free from the raptors jaws, takeing many gashes to his snout, he cherges and lunges for the raptor but not meaning to bite it. 

the raptor then slashes him across the face and then bites the neck. intent on killing.

The raptor falling for the Dilo's feint bites for the head and neck, the Dilo uses this to his advantage and bashes the raptors head with the jagged and boney broken crest cutting the loose skin of the raptors jaws. While the raptor wails in pain the Dilo pounces the raptor slashing with its feet and latching onto the raptor with its claws and mouth.

then teh raptor falls opn the ground and they both roll down a hill biting,slashing,kicking. they finally reach the bottom where they both stand up and charge head on........

Both the raptor and Dilo are tireing from a drawn out battle and blood loss, at this point the Dilo realises this fight needs to end soon. While chargeing the Dilo brings all of his wepans to bare and as the two collide the Dilo uses his smaller size and agility to his advantage. So as the raptor charges right into him he rolls with the collision and gets to the side of the tired and slower raptor, rakeing his claws across the raptor side and biteing down and yanking on the raptors arm.

the stronger raptor rips free and kicks the dilo away but not befor slashisng thedilos eye.

The Dilo rolls with the face slash, while it saves the Dilos eye, deep geshes now run along his face and they are steadily trickling blood. The Dilo now enraged dosnt feel as slow or the amount of pain hes in anymore, he charges with his newfound strength as the raptor goes at him again he comes from above with a bite enveloping the raptors neck in his jaws and uses his toes claws too tear open the raptors side injuries even more.

The raptor now uses last bit of strength and throws off the dilo then bites his neck then pubs him to the ground and puts his hand over the snout of the dilo and puts his foot in his side and contiues to bite even harder.

The Dilo still enraged and with an overabundance of adrenaline in his system begins thrashing his body and head more and more violently until he frees his snout, and seeing it as his closest target bites down with all of his force on the raptors hand/arm. Then begins to violently thrash and yank the raptors hand/arm and then there’s an audible “POP!” as the raptor screeches in pain and his arm goes limp, the Dilo gives the arm one more good tug and the raptor lets go of him and stumbles dazed by the pain and shock. The Dilo takes this chance to wright himself, upon seeing his rival in such a pitiful state he musters all of his strength and charges bowling over the raptor who now lies on the ground in an even more confused state. The Dilo doesn’t drag out the raptors death, he begins slashing, biting, and clawing the already mauled side of the raptor and proceeds to disembowel his adversary and leaving the parts of the corpse that he didn’t eat at the edge of his territory as a warning to any other predators who would dare cross into his territory.

But them, a second Syrah cones from same direction the first Utahraptor did. He is even bigger and mire expierienced then the first. He sees the horrific scene and sees the dilo eating from his fallen rival. He stomps his feet to male his presence known. The dilo looks up and they both roar and charge.. The Utah collides head on and knobad back the dilo then bites the neck. Breaking it. He has avenged his brother.

I cant tell wether or not your trying to be a smartass, or a sore loser at this moment.

maybe later, about to take shower than make dinner. But that was a good fight indeed, I'm still suprised I won but when the Dilo jumped on the raptors side and mauled it to hell the fight was foreshadowingly over.

I could not do much after the raptor was mauled.

Cool you should do more of these two person fights in the future! Rooting for raptor, and I think this would happen: when the Dilo is attacking its stomach, the utahraptor kicks the dilophosaurus off of him. The Dilo is slammed on the ground from the force of the raptor's kick and his stomach is nearly sliced open. Dazed, he is unable to react when the utahraptor looms over its head (opposite the legs) and rips off dilo's head. THE END
