New video featuring CGI Spinosaurus animation

I saw some Spinosaurus animation before on this video from Nat Geo.

Bigger Than T-Rex: Spinosaurus

And ever since than I had wanted to find some more. So I have searched the internet (mostly Google) and I have finally found some. This video features footage of Spino swimming, eating and just plain walking. Hope you all enjoy.

 Remeber to watch the new documentary Bigger Than T-Rex. It airs Wendesday, Nov 5 9/8 central on PBS/Nova.

It reminds me of an asiatic water monitor(V. saltavor) It'sone of the better quality animations i've seen in a while.

Yeah, I think it is from the new documentary for Spinosaurus.

Interesting. I do find it strange they say bigger than T.rex when they keep making it lighter. Longer yes, but not heavier. Heck, Nat Geo even has a drawing and it shows Spino as lighter...

They're probably not considering weight as size, but rather using lenght - which is not wise at all.

Anyway, a really interesting video! :)

Wait a minute, since when is there a speculation as Spino being in the Jurassic? It was probably most definately in the early-mid cretaceous.

From the picture, the arrow that starts from the text Spinosaurus, brings to the middle Cretaceous. The figure itself is placed on the Jurassic timeline, most likely because of the picture constrains.

I really can't wait until this documentary airs, and we get to see how Spino would have moved in its environment.  It looks really good!

My one problem with the video is that the newscaster's introduction implies that Spinosaurus was only recently discovered, as if it's an entirely new dinosaur.  Most kids I know today know what Spinosaurus is, thanks to JP3 (which is inaccurate in too many ways, but still).
