Before anyone asks about the green screens, I think it's there so they can see out into the jungles when they filmed in Kauai. Also, the rex pic looks to be a male. Honestly, I like the way it looks. Familiar yet new.

Just to clarify, green screen doesn't always necessarily mean CG will replace it. In many instances green screen is used to stand in for sections with practical effects that would be impractical to use on-set. For example long hallways full of people, large rooms with crowds, miniature sets used to stand in for background pieces...etc...etc... A lot of this might be more practical to create in a studio than on main set with the lead cast.
Just because a green screen is seen doesn't automatically mean "CG alert".
