The argent is walking around, looking for a bush to eat from, he hasnt eaten in 3 weeks. He finds something....the emaciated corps of the mini triceratops and around it are the bodies of 5 hyenas.He looks in disgust at the predators. But he then contiues to walk away, here he finds a small pond about 40 feet away he eagrly runs to it but much to his dismay it is only a mirage. He is exsusted from his futile serch for food and water and he spots a small cave, only big enough that he can fit in it. He quickly runs to it and goes inside and lays down then falls asleep. He soon wakes back up then walks over to the entrance of the cave. Looking around, he had heard something. But it is gone now and he goes back to sleep with his tail curled around him.

the hyena clan is also hungry, and very adgitated. The matriach of the cln wants to eat, now. So she orders her pack to come with her on the hunt. As they are hunting they get a wiff of something that smells reptilian and slightly bird. they faollow the scent and about a half an hour lte they see the smells owner. They see the argent in the cave ad want to attack it immediantly. The alpha dosent allow it and wants to wait till night fall to kill their prey. The clan, 30 strong surround the cave blocking off any exit or means of escape. they all stare at the cave some drooling at the mouth in anticipation. But none make a sound for they do not want to alert their prey. Night fall is still a few hours away but they will have to wait. they want to attack at night because they are sure this animal cannot see in the dark.

A few hours later it is completly dark. the hyenas close in with white hot intensity.The alpha singals the attack and the hyenas begin to move in. the heyans cackle in anticpation.One of the hyenas runs at the argentino and bites its leg. the argent wakes up and kicks away the hyena and bellows at them. he backs up further into the cave. The hyenas all attack and run at the argent who tries to rear up but cant because of the cave celing. So he tries to fight by kicking and tail whiping. He kicks a hyena in the jaw, breaking it then hewhips a hyena across the cave, slamming into the wall and dies.Several hyenas begin biting the ankles of the argent. He lifts up his foot to get it away fromthe hyenas, but oe hyena tries to bite that foot and when he does he gets his skulll crushed when the argent brings his foot down. But he feels a terrible pain on his back, severl hyenas have leaped onto his back and started biting. He bellows then charges out of the cae trmapling 3 hyenas in th process.

Now out in the open he can fight properly. the remaining hyenas surround him and charge, they begin biting at islgs but thistimehe has room to rear up and he does, his head is 25 feet in the air while his front feet are 15 feet in the air. He comes crashing back down and crushes two hyenas. one of he heynas bites his tail and hangs on bu the argent whipshis tail wich sends him flying across the battle feild. he then whips his tail again and hits a hyena. the force alone smashes his ribs and kills him before he hits the ground. Ahyena jumps up and snaps a the neck but misses and lands on his feet, only to get a devestaing blow to the side by a kick from te argent. All his bones are shadderd. the argent turns around to see the alpha who snars at him.

The argent looks at her in disgunts and snarls back.its on. the hyena charges head on, the argent kicks at her but she quickly dodges and bites on the side of him and tears a chunk of his thick hide. she then runs to the other side and does the same thing. she triesit a third time but this time he is ready and hits her with his tail. she stumbels back some then charges and leaps onto the side of argent and begins biting as much as she can. he bucks as much as possible and finaly trows her off and grunts at her then rears up then crshes back down, onto the alpha killing her.....he is exsausted and starts panting and sits down.Big mistake! he forgets about the rest. they all jump onto the argentinosaurus and bite and scratch............................

The sun finally rises on the african plain, to reveal the half eaten body of the argentinosaurus and 13 dead hyenas all around it. the remaing 11 heynas all sit around the body mournig the loss of so many members of the pack and most of all, their leader. even though they won the fight was it worth it and did they really win............
