Demon the Carnotaurus Chapter 2

     Demon was in a dark room near the lab. He dropped the slab of meat and started to dig in. He heard Muldoon and his crew rushing into the room and a few guys pushing a guy on a girdle. His snout was bloody and his teeth where dark red. He started walking when he heard Muldoon behind him. Muldoon yelled orders at the men and one shot at Demon, but missed. He let of a week roar and disappeared into the darkness. Muldoon now pissed, ran after him. Demon had excellent eye sight especially in the dark. He crashed opened a door and appeared in the visitor center lobby. He started down the steps when he bumped into an old man with an amber cane. The man fell face forwards. Demon didn't care and continued to run.

    Muldoon and his team burst through the doors and ran to catch Demon when they stumbled upon Hammond and nearly tripped over him. Demon burst through the front doors. Muldoon helped Hammond up. "What was that?" Asked Hammond. "A new born hatchling. It has a camouflage ability, a poisonous bite and a great deal of speed." Muldoon's team ran passed them to catch up to demon.

     Demon ran down the steps and into the jungle nearby. Muldoon's teams found his tracks and followed until they came to a stop. Demon was camouflaged and under a pile of tree roots. The security guards shone their flashlights everywhere and nothing to be seen one wound up sticking his hand into the tree. Demon was stilly hungry and decided to go for the attack. He bit hard into the mans hand and eventually got a grip of his lower arm. The man screamed and the other men ran to pull him out. Bad choice. His arm ripped in to and the men stumbled back. Demon grabbed the arm and ran from underneath while the guards stumbled to get up.

    It was 3:15 a.m. and the guards gave up the chase. Demon decided to settle by a small pond near the visitor center. He dropped the bloody arm and bit of pieces of fingers and after about 10 minutes the arm was devoured. He decided to get a drink after that. He waited to make sure no one was watching him and moved over to a huge tree. He settled under some roots. He laid their for about 20 minutes and watched as the guards rushed into the visitor center with the dying man he bit. He listened to the song of the nearby dinosaurs and finally fell asleep.
