velociraptor model in Sussex!

I was coming back from my trip in sussex (which I mentioned in my first part of Jurassic World dawn of chaos), when I saw this at some car related place. 

I think it was something promotional for JP or TLW, and it might have been bought at an auction. I will write my second part of Jurassic World dawn of chaos tommorow. Does anyone have an idea about what this was made for?
