If you include Telltales game, which at this point is still canon, then there were more raptors on Nublar then the three from the main holding pen. Not all the quarentined raptors were killed in the game and we never saw them die at the end so it is very possible they escaped the fire bombing and set up nests, avoiding humans and feeding on the many rats that plagued the island while the new park was under construction.

SMAUG THE MAGNIFICENT - Hmm, that's a very interesting question you've posed! I'd have to agree that the egg theory many others have presented is a solid possibility. However, the animal upon the poster might simply be an escapee from the new wave of animals produced by Patel Corps. Of course, there could be some truly off-the-wall explanations! Anything's possible! :)

The Baby Raptor that Alan Grant was holding is my best guess. Circle of Life and All. :P
