Story of a Superpredator: Chapter 7- The Enemy Invades

     Night and Blaze drank from the small pond in their trench. Then, they heard something coming from outside their territory. It was something big, and it was coming into the territory. Then, it arrived.

     It was the Tyrannotitan. Night and Blaze roared at it. It roared back, and charged them. Night charged the larger predator, but the Tyrannotitan threw Night out of the way with his enourmous jaws. Night fell to the ground, and could only watch what happened next.

     The Tyrannotitan roared at Blaze, and she hissed back, displaying her V-shaped frill. However, this didn't intimidate the Tyrannotitan, and it lifted Blaze off the ground with his jaws, the same way the Tyrannotitan did to Night's brother. He threw Blaze against the trench wall, and moved closer.

     Night didn't want the creature he loved to die the same death his brother did. He slowly got off the ground, and hissed at the Tyrannotitan, Suddenly, his eyes were covered with a white shield, like some aquatic mammals do today. Night felt a new feeling as his heart thumped fastly in his chest. He felt a new feeling, one needed to save his mate.

     He felt adrenaline.
