Begin!

The Tyrannosaurus is hunting. He left his territory in search of something that would last longer than a day, but he didn't worry about being attacked. The Tyrannosaurus knew he was the largest predator on the island, and the scent marks in the territory smelled like something small.

The Ceratosaurus sensed an intruder. He walked to see what it was, and he found a clearing. A large theropod was eating. The Ceratosaurus didn't recognize it, but he was going to leave it alone. The theropod sensed something, turned around and saw the the Ceratosaurus. It roared at him, and the Ceratosaurus roared back.

The Tyrannosaurus heard both roars and decided that another predator would make a suitable meal. He walked to the clearing, and the Ceratosaurus and Carcharodontosaurus were squaring off.

The Ceratosaurus charged. The Carcharodontosaurus lunged, but the Ceratosaurus was fast. The Ceratosaurus changed direction, and the Carcharodontosaurus bit the ground. The Carcharodontosaurus stood up and turned around. The Ceratosaurus charged again, but this time, the Carcharodontosaurus hit him. The Ceratosaurus was knocked back, and he stopped when he hit the Tyrannosaurus. The Tyrannosaurus looked down at him, and the Ceratosaurus quickly ran back to the clearing.

The Tyrannosaurus stepped into the clearing and roared. The Carcharodontosaurus roared back, and the Ceratosaurus roared as well. The Carcharodontosaurus and Ceratosaurus looked at each other and nodded. The Tyrannosaurus wasted no time charging the Carcharodontosaurus. The Carcharodontosaurus tried to push back, but the Tyrannosaurus was too strong. He was quickly losing ground when the Ceratosaurus bit the Tyrannosaurus's leg.

The Tyrannosaurus shoved the Carcharodontosaurus and then turned to face the Ceratosaurus. The Ceratosaurus backed off, and the Tyrannosaurus lunged. The Ceratosaurus didn't have time to react as the Tyrannosaurus bit his back and picked him up. He was about to bite the Ceratosaurus in half when the Carcharodontosaurus came back. He bit the back of the Tyrannosaurus's head, and the Tyrannosaurus dropped the Ceratosaurus.

The Ceratosaurus turned and watched for a minute. The Carcharodontosaurus was biting the Tyrannosaurus as hard as he could, but the Tyrannosaurus fought back and pulled his head out of the Carcharodontosaurus's jaws. The Carcharodontosaurus looked at the Tyrannosaurus, and the Tyrannosaurus looked back. The Carcharodontosaurus knew he needed to do some major damage fast, and he was hoping the Ceratosaurus would do something to divert his attention soon.

The Ceratosaurus bit the Tyrannosaurus's tail, and the Tyrannosaurus lunged for him. The Carcharodontosaurus took the opportunity, and he went for the Tyrannosaurus's throat. The Tyrannosaurus pulled his head back quickly when he didn't get the Ceratosaurus, and his head smashed into the Carcharodontosaurus's. Both predators roared in pain and started shaking their heads. The Carcharodontosaurus was missing several teeth, and the Tyrannosaurus had been hit where the Carcharodontosaurus attacked earlier.

The Ceratosaurus attacked the Tyrannosaurus again, and the Tyrannosaurus looked at him. The Carcharodontosaurus looked over in time to see the Tyrannosaurus stomp on the Ceratosaurus. The Ceratosaurus was crushed under the sheer weight of the Tyrannosaurus, and he turned his attention the the Carcharodontosaurus. The Carcharodontosaurus roared, and the Tyrannosaurus roared back.

The Carcharodontosaurus charged first. The Tyrannosaurus lowered his head as he charged, and they collided. The Tyrannosaurus pushed the Carcharodontosaurus across the clearing and into a tree. The Tyrannosaurus kept pushing, and the Carcharodontosaurus roared and slashed the Tyrannosaurus's back. The Tyrannosaurus stepped back and lunged forward. The Carcharodontosaurus was winded, and the Tyrannosaurus went to do the same attack. The Carcharodontosaurus dropped, and the Tyrannosaurus hit the tree. The tree cracked from the force, but neither predator noticed.

The Carcharodontosaurus stood up as the Tyrannosaurus regained his focus, and both roared. The Tyrannosaurus charged, and the Carcharodontosaurus sidestepped. The Tyrannosaurus went past him, and the Carcharodontosaurus lunged. He caught the Tyrannosaurus by the back and started biting full force. The Tyrannosaurus fought out after several minutes, and the Carcharodontosaurus lunged again.

The Tyrannosaurus sidestepped and lunged. He bit the Carcharodontosaurus by the neck and didn't let go. He pushed the Carcharodontosaurus into the tree again, and the crack started to get larger. The Carcharodontosaurus freed himself and they went back to the centre of the clearing. The Carcharodontosaurus saw the tree slowly leaning toward the clearing, and he lunged for the Tyrannosaurus. The Tyrannosaurus didn't see it, but he heard the splintering wood as the Carcharodontosaurus bit his neck. He pulled the Carcharodontosaurus forward, and the tree landed where the Tyrannosaurus had been standing, where the Carcharodontosaurus currently was.

The Carcharodontosaurus had pulled the Tyrannosaurus down with him, but the Tyrannosaurus wasn't hurt by the tree or the landing. He stood up and looked at the scene. The Ceratosaurus had a footprint on his chest, and the Carcharodontosaurus was a crumpled mess. The Tyrannosaurus ate his fill from the Carcharodontosaurus, and then picked up the Ceratosaurus and went back to his territory.

Winner......... Tyrannosaurus Rex

The largest in the fight, the most powerful, in the best condition, there was an advantage when the odds were evened out.

Nice Mr.Happy! Rooting for Ceratosaurus...pretty obvious...but knew he couldn't win because of his size, and no pack/backup...But nice work, enjoyed!

Good fight. Rooting for carcharodontosaurus, especially after Ceratosaurus died. (I did expect T. rex to win though...)

Was rooting for Carcharadontosaurus I knew you'd make rex win though. Still good fight

MR.HAPPY9097 - That was an excellent battle! I greatly enjoyed the inclusion of three predators - it made the combat much more frenetic and interesting! Thank you ever so much for sharing this with us! :)

Thanks guys. Tomorrow is a bonus fight (Acrocanthosaurus vs Allosaurus). Let's just say that both competitors are winners in their own way.

Great fight. Rooted for and expected Rex to win.
