Baryonyx

The individual in this series is a two and a half ton male. He can take on a predator his own size, but leaves larger dinosaurs alone.

Carcharodontosaurus

This individual is an eight and a half ton male. He's huge and he knows. He's never been challenged for anything in his life, and he doesn't expect to be challenged. He's come in contact with a Tyrannosaurus once, but it was a young one.

The Baryonyx is in a river. He's near the edge of it, where the water is knee deep on him. He's caught a few fish, and now he's ready to go to sleep. The Carcharodontosaurus stepped near the river and looked at the Baryonyx. The Baryonyx looked at him and swam to the other side. The Carcharodontosaurus took a drink, and then went to the other side.

The Baryonyx couldn't believe how large the Carcharodontosaurus was. He barely swam, it was more like a step and then the water started getting lower on him again. At its deepest point, the river was thirteen feet deep, and the Carcharodontosaurus went through it like nothing. The Carcharodontosaurus lied down and closed his eyes. The Baryonyx was mad about that, and he growled at the Carcharodontosaurus.

The Carcharodontosaurus looked up and growled at the Baryonyx. The Baryonyx hissed and stepped out of the water. The Carcharodontosaurus didn't take him seriously, and the Baryonyx walked up to his head and looked him in the eye. The Carcharodontosaurus flashed his teeth and growled. The Baryonyx jammed his thumb claw in the Carcharodontosaurus's eye, pulled it out and stepped back.

The Carcharodontosaurus stood up, roaring in pain and shaking his head as he did. He looked at the Baryonyx with his good eye and walked up to him. The Baryonyx stood still, and when the Carcharodontosaurus bent down, he slashed his face. The Carcharodontosaurus decided the Baryonyx has lived long enough, and he lunged for him. The Baryonyx sidestepped and slashed him again.

The Carcharodontosaurus stopped moving, then slowly turned his head toward the Baryonyx, flashed his teeth, and gave a long, low growl. The Baryonyx could tell the Carcharodontosaurus was pissed, and he slowly started to back off. The Carcharodontosaurus lunged. He caught the Baryonyx by the chest and picked him up. The Baryonyx didn't know what to do now. He slashed the inside of the Carcharodontosaurus's mouth, and the Carcharodontosaurus threw him. Fortunately, the Baryonyx landed in the deep part of the river, and he looked at the Carcharodontosaurus again.

The Carcharodontosaurus roared, and then went after the Baryonyx. The Baryonyx swam as fast as he could, but the Carcharodontosaurus kept pace with him from the side. The Baryonyx went to the bottom of the river and kept going, and the Carcharodontosaurus lost sight of him. The Carcharodontosaurus roared, and then turned and left.

Winner......... Carcharodontosaurus

Larger and stronger, there was an obvious advantage for him.
