Deinonychus
The individual for this series is a four hundred pound male. He is strong, fast, agile, intelligent, and sometimes his pack joins in a fight.
Ceratosaurus
The individual for these fights is a two ton male. He has experience, he is fast, and he's strong for his size.
Begin!
The Ceratosaurus is hunting. His territory is large, and he's now almost at the edge. When he reached the edge, he stopped to think for a minute. He decided to keep going, and he found a carcass within minutes. He started eating, unaware of the owner of the carcass.
The Deinonychus sensed the intruder, and he went to see what was happening. He got to the carcass, and the Ceratosaurus was still eating. The Deinonychus knew the Ceratosaurus would be a difficult fight, but he though that the reward would be worth it.
He attacked without warning. One moment, the Ceratosaurus was eating, minding his own business. The next, he had a massive gash on his side. He roared in pain and looked at the Deinonychus. The Deinonychus hissed, and the Ceratosaurus charged. The Deinonychus easily sidestepped and lunged. He landed on the Ceratosaurus's back. He started slashing, but the Ceratosaurus quickly shook it off.
The Ceratosaurus charged again, and this time, managed to slash the Deinonychus. The Deinonychus jumped back from the stinging sensation in his face, but he shook it off. He looked at the Ceratosaurus, and he started to form a plan. The Ceratosaurus didn't want to charge again. Charging was predictable and too high risk against this smaller opponent. He decided to bide his time.
The Deinonychus charged at the Ceratosaurus. The Ceratosaurus charged in response, and the Deinonychus jumped over the Ceratosaurus. This happened several times, and the Deinonychus decided to push his luck. He charged again, but this time. The Ceratosaurus reared up when the Deinonychus was in the air. The Deinonychus landed with his feet on the Ceratosaurus's chest, his hands on the Ceratosaurus's neck, and looking dead in the Ceratosaurus's eyes. There was a moment of silence, of peace. The whole world seemed to have stood still as the two predators collided.
The Ceratosaurus lunged forward. His intent was to knock the Deinonychus loose. It worked. He shook his head, and the Deinonychus fell off. The Ceratosaurus charged before the Deinonychus could regain focus. The last thing the Deinonychus saw was the inside of the Ceratosaurus's mouth as his jaws clamped shut.

MemberCompsognathusJul-07-2014 12:56 PMGood fight. I like both dinosaurs a lot, so I wouldn't mind either winning(although I do like Ceratosaurus a little bit more).

MemberTyrannosaurus RexJul-07-2014 1:02 PMYeah. Tomorrow is a small fight, literally. Gojirasaurus vs Alioramus. It's a bit short too, then Baryonyx vs Carcharodontosaurus (rather short) followed by Giganotosaurus vs Neovenator (longer), and last and certainly not least, Tyrannosaurus Rex vs Daspletosaurus (long as well).
Jack of all trades. Master of none
