I have to say the Velociraptor roars in JP when they call for their fellow members deserve number 1, but still a good list.
The one that goes like "KOOOH"
IT'S TIME TO DU-DU-DU-DU-DUEL!!!

I wasn't sure whether that should be seperate from their normal shrieks or not, so I just lumped it in. If it was seperate, it would certainly be pretty high, although I'm not sure if it would be number 1.
Just curious, how many of these do you recognize?

About 5 or 6.
I would put it number 1 because it's just classic, scary, and chilling.
IT'S TIME TO DU-DU-DU-DU-DUEL!!!
Good list. I agree with most.
Keep in mind that many people have died for their beliefs; it's actually quite common. The real courage is in living and suffering for what you believe in. -Brom-

My personal favorite was the Daspletosaurus roar from Dinosaur Planet. It's powerful and downright terrifying...

Wow, it's a good roar but it sounds too much like a Lion. I know they mix animal sounds but they made it sound too much like a Lion.
IT'S TIME TO DU-DU-DU-DU-DUEL!!!

MrHappy, look them up if you get a chance. They're pretty cool.
Raptor, I always thought it sounded a bit like an elephant.

Well, they must have mixed Lion and Elephant sounds along with other animal sounds.
I'm out for now.
IT'S TIME TO DU-DU-DU-DU-DUEL!!!

Yeah, lion elephant, and probably some other animals too.

The JP Tyrannosaur roar was created with a tiger, alligator, and baby elephant.
“Banana oil.”- George Takei, Gigantis: The Fire Monster

And the rapor noises were created with sounds of turtles....
...The sound of turtles mating...
IT'S TIME TO DU-DU-DU-DU-DUEL!!!

I couldn't help but laugh as I read that. Velociraptor, one of the most feared creatures in Jurassic Park, and it's sound, nothing other than...... turtle sex.
Jack of all trades. Master of none

I can never look at Jurassic Park the same way again.

It's alright, that happened to me when I found that out, it took me a couple of months to be able to view Jurassic Park normally.
IT'S TIME TO DU-DU-DU-DU-DUEL!!!

I remember hearing that a few months back, but then I forgot. Still smiling about it, too funny.
Jack of all trades. Master of none

THE SOUNDS OF DEATH...
*After finding out
THE SOUNDS OF... (Uncrontrallable laughter)
IT'S TIME TO DU-DU-DU-DU-DUEL!!!

Turtles getting it on.
I'll just kindly not tell my friends because they wouldn't take the movies, or my Jeep, seriously.
Jack of all trades. Master of none

Never thought turtles were that, uh, "vocal."

I've always thought the Dilo shrieks sounded very mechanical...one of my personal favorites though.
Not too suprised the Rex roar made it to #1 ;)
Nature doesn't deceive us; it is we who deceive ourselves.

Glad you liked it Carnosaur. I think that was also the most accurate representation of Dilophosaurus yet.

Agreed. Dilo was certainly the apex predator of its time. It may have been smaller and weaker then the theropods that followed, But dilo wasn't something you would want to meet in a dark alley
Nature doesn't deceive us; it is we who deceive ourselves.

I agree perfectly.

i think i dilo roar should have been higher yet i agree with rest and about the velociraptor thing.......thanks for ruining my 12 year old childhood :)

I second that Carnosaur - The Dilo roar was one of my personal favorites. I remember trying to imitate it as a kid running around the house, haha ;)
Great list Rex Fan. I don't know if this counts as a roar, but I really liked the cries of the Pteranodons in JPIII as well.
"Either way, you probably won't get off this island alive."

It'd make a good honorable mention Dino Fan :)
Glad you liked the list.

Any of these a bit unexpected for you guys?
