Clash of Tyrants

My next special in the Clash Of Series. Introducing a clash of tyrants, Daspletosaurus vs Sinotyrannus.

Daspletosaurus

Size- 30-35 ft(9-10.6 meters) long, 11-14 ft(3.3-4.2 meters) tall, and 3-4.5 tons

Weapons- 7 inch teeth, 4,000-5,000 psi bite force, strength, size, smarts

Top Speed- 25 miles per hour

Role- Apex Predator

Sinotyrannus

Size- 26-33 ft(8-10 meters), 8-12 ft(2.4-3.6 meters) tall, and 2-3 tons

Weapons- 5 inch teeth, 2,100 psi bite force, agility, speed, hand claws

Top Speed- 25-30 miles per hour

Role- Apex Predator

Fight

As the sun rises on Isla Nublar, a male Sinotyrannus searches for a mate. He's prepared to do anything to attract one. As he searches, he stumbles upon a bull Daspletosaurus. The Daspletosaurus is inspecting the ruins of an old iNGEN building when he senses something behind him. He turns to see the Sinotyrannus standing only ten yards away. The Daspletosaurus flashes his long teeth at the other tyrannosaur as a warning. He also uses his height advantage to assert his dominance. The crest on the Sinotyrannus' nose flashes bright red and he roars back. He knows if he can kill a Daspletosaurus, he's sure to have his pick of the females. He ruffles his feathers to make himself look bigger and slowly walks to the waiting Daspletosaurus. The Das is not about to be undermined and beaten by this overconfident Sino and charges. The Sino stops to meet the charge, but is slammed to the ground. The Das is too strong. The Das strikes and aims for the Sino's throat. The Sinotyrannus lowers his head to protect his neck and the Das grabs his crest instead. The Daspletosaurus uses his tremendous strength and pulls the Sino up by the crest. The fragile crest snaps off and the Sino loses his balance and falls. But as he falls, he strikes back. He lashes out with his hand claws and slashes the Das across the chest. The Daspletosaurus stumbles back as blood pours from the injury. The Sino gets back up and roars loudly. He charges the Das, but the Daspletosaurus swings his head and slams the Sinotyrannus aside. The Sino turns and swipes the Das across the face with his tail. The Daspletosaurus charges again and shoves the Sinotyrannus into the nearby iNGEN fence. The fragile fence crumbles and falls apart under the weight of the Sinotyrannus. One piece of wood stabs the Sino in the thigh causing horrible pain. The Sino gets back up and tries to outmanuever the Das. However, his injured thigh hinders him and he can't run fast enough. The Das whirls around to meet the Sinotyrannus. The Sino lunges and grabs the Das by the arm. The Daspletosaurus uses his size to push the Sinotyrannus down and the Sino loses his grip. The Sino backs off and the Daspletosaurus attacks. The Sino sidesteps and slashes the Daspletosaurus' flank and the base of his tail with his claws. The Daspletosaurus counterattacks and bites the Sinotyrannus on the flank and wrenches back. He leaves deep gashes in the Sinotyrannus and spits out a few feathers. The Sinotyrannus realizes he's no longer fighting to impress a few females. He's fighting for his life and he's losing. In a last ditch effort, the Sinotyrannus launches a surprise attack. He charges the Daspletosaurus and then sidesteps at the last minute. The Das fell for mock charge and ends up lunging forward, his jaws snapping shut on thin air. By the time he realizes what happened, the Sinotyrannus is already airborne and on his back. The Sinotyrannus holds on with his claws and slashes the back of the Daspletosaurus' neck. The Das roars in pain and bucks to throw the Sino off. But the Sinotyrannus holds fast. Then, the Daspletosaurus does an unexpected move. He simply falls. The Sinotyrannus loses his balance and falls off into a pool of his own blood. The Daspletosaurus gets up first and bears down on the fallen Sinotyrannus. The Sinotyrannus lashes out with his claws wildly, but it's no good. The Daspletosaurus steps over him and pins his arms to the ground with his feet. Then he bends down and chomps down on his chest. The Sinotyrannus screams in pain as the Daspletosaurus crushes his ribs and pierces his heart and lungs. The Sinotyrannus vomits blood and dies. In the distance, Rexy watches as the fight ends and the Daspletosaurus gives a victory roar. She has just gorged herself on the carcasses of a Parasaurolophus, Lythronax, and a Teratophoneus. Rexy decides to let this Daspletosaurus live and walks off.

Winner- Daspletosaurus

The Daspletosaurus was bigger and stronger than the Sinotyrannus. Both were fearsome fighters, but the Sinotyrannus was at a serious disadvantage. It wasn't size though. It was overconfidence. That Sinotyrannus had no chance from the beginning. But he got cocky and he paid for it with his life.
