Muldoon limped to the visitor centre. He had a large cut on his leg and chest, and it was slowing him down. He worked through the pain, and when he reached the visitor centre, looked inside. The main room was in ruins, and the Tyrannosaurus was sound asleep over a Raptor carcass. After a quick glimpse, he saw the body of The Big One lying on what used to be the Tyrannosaur skeleton. "Well, that's one big problem gone."
Muldoon walked down the hallway and went to a bunker. It was down a flight of stairs and through a two inch thick steel door. Muldoon punched in the password and opened the door. He heard whispering as he stepped in, and it stopped when he closed the door.
Muldoon walked closer, shotgun ready to be fired. He yelled into the darkness, and someone turned on a flashlight. "Gerry, is that you?" "Yes. Is that you Robert?" "Yes. What happened? I thought you two left." "That was the plan, but John needed a doctor and he told us to stay here while they got Malcolm." "Well, they're gone. All of them. It's just us." "Damn. The phones are down, there aren't any planes here, and only you have a weapon."
Muldoon pulled a key out of his pocket and limped to the locker that was in the bunker. "Guys, there are plenty of guns to go around. What do you want, an assault rifle or a shotgun?" "What about that sniper?" "That's mine Gerry." "I'll take a shotgun." "Alright. Now, what about you Henry?" "I'll take an assault rifle. They have lower recoil, right?" "Yes, they do."
They were about to leave the room when Harding noticed Muldoon's limp. "What happened to you?" "I was attacked by the big Raptor. I survived by playing dead." "I'll stitch you up before we go. Henry, hold this flashlight." Wu grabbed the flashlight and Harding grabbed a needle and thread and gently gave Muldoon the stitches he needed. Muldoon winced in pain, but he knew it was worth it. After a few minutes, Harding was done, and they left.
