It discusses how researchers determined how Prehistoric Crocodiles killed their prey. It comares three extinct species of Crocodile with the current largest species of Crocodile and how they kill their prey.

Gharials do not - to my knowledge - do the death roll, as sarcosuchus probably did not either. Their builds are very similar actually..
