Tyrannosaurus Rex
Carcharodontosaurus
Begin!
Both pairs are hunting the same Parasaurolophus. The females are looking to scare the herd towards their mates, but they aren't expecting what's about to happen.
The female Carcharodontosaurus and Tyrannosaurus step to their ambush positions in similar time and spot each other immediately. They both growl and look each other in the eye. They did this for several minutes, and their mates were getting worried.
Their mates stepped into the clearing and attacked a Parasaurolophus each. When the dust settled, they saw each other. They didn't know what to do, but since they both had a kill, decided to size the other up. They started sniffing each other, and when they were finished, nodded.
The Carcharodontosaurus charged the Tyrannosaurus female, and she charged at her. They started pushing, and when push came to shove, the Tyrannosaurus overpowered the Carcharodontosaurus.
They tried something else, and the Tyrannosaurus headbutted the Carcharodontosaurus. The Carcharodontosaurus was dazed, and the Tyrannosaurus hit her neck. The Carcharodontosaurus started to struggle, but the Tyrannosaurus didn't let go. The Tyrannosaurus let go and waited for her opponent to make a move.
The Carcharodontosaurus charged again, but the Tyrannosaurus countered. She shoulder checked the Carcharodontosaurus and both stumbled back. The Tyrannosaurus regained her footing first and charged the Carcharodontosaurus.
The Carcharodontosaurus sidestepped and bit the Tyrannosaurus's neck. The Carcharodontosaurus didn't let up as the Tyrannosaurus struggled free, but she managed to power her way out.
The Tyrannosaurus bit the Carcharodontosaurus's neck and pushed her to the ground. The Carcharodontosaurus was getting tired, and she watched as the Tyrannosaurus's hostile attitude changed. She saw the wound from the Titanoceratops's horn was jammed in her, and lowered her head in respect. The Carcharodontosaurus stood up, and they looked each other in the eye.
Their mates stepped into the clearing together, and they grunted. It was obvious to both that the Tyrannosaurus was winning. Their mates looked at them and walked over to them, both sides happy to see the other. They all walked back to the carcasses, and both pairs, after a nod, walked in opposite directions.
Winner...... Tyrannosaurus Rex
Larger and stronger, the Tyrannosaurus had an advantage.
Anyone got a bonus fight suggestion for a fight tomorrow? Maybe a Rex vs Spino rematch (I'll play around with the sizes, the experience, the environment, and so on).

MemberCompsognathusApr-23-2014 6:34 AMAwesome fight. I was rooting for the Rexes, but obviously I'm glad that both survived.
Keep in mind that many people have died for their beliefs; it's actually quite common. The real courage is in living and suffering for what you believe in. -Brom-

MemberCompsognathusApr-23-2014 12:41 PMGood fight Rooting for Rex all the way.
As for the bonus fight, what about Suchomimus vs Tarbosaurus? Same principle as Rex vs Spino, but on a slightly smaller scale and with slightly different body plans. No sail for Suchomimus and more blade like teeth for Tarbosaurus for example. Just a thought :)

MemberTyrannosaurus RexApr-23-2014 12:55 PMThanks guys, and why not both? I've got a massive bonus fight coming after the finale as well. I'll have to think about it.
Wasn't Sucho something like 3-4 tons while Tarbo is 6-7 tons though? Just wondering, I haven't looked up weights in a while, and I've spent more time on the fights than anything.

MemberCompsognathusApr-23-2014 1:00 PMI've seen Suchomimus weights vary from 2.5-6 tons and Tarbosaurus at 3-7 tons. I'd say put Suchomimus at 3.5-4 tons and Tarbosaurus at 5 tons or so.

MemberTyrannosaurus RexApr-23-2014 1:02 PMFair enough. I think we both know which has the better chance of winning.

MemberCompsognathusApr-23-2014 1:14 PMYeah, but it'd still be interesting to see how "it" wins.

MemberCompsognathusMay-01-2014 11:45 AMT-rex all the way! Carcharadontosaurus had such a thin jaw, tey were lightweight for other dinos the same length and height, deffinately not strong enough to take on a rex.
Youre fat, and I'm not sugarcoating it cause you'd probably eat that too.
