Lythronax vs Albertosaurus

Lythronax

Length:8.5 meters

Weight:2.5 tons

Height: 2.5 meters

Usually a mild mannered animal, until it gets hungry. That's where it's name ' king of gore' comes into play. Even the largest spinosaurs are careful around these mid sized tyrannosaurs. Lythronax hunt in family groups, but the males are kicked out by the parents as soon as they get to be sub adults. They are typically black with white splotches over the body. young are covered in a downy  fluff while adults have feathers down their back.

Albertosaurus

Length:10 meters

Weight: 2 tons

Height: 2 meters

A specialized hadrosaur slayer. Albertosaurus young hunt insects and smaller dinosaurs until they reach the age of four. Then, the accompany the adults in hunts. The favored prey item appears to be parasaurolophus, but they will take any hadrosaur. No other animal, it seems. It had been noted these Tyrannosaurs often 'howl' at the moon as the sky darkens. No one has ever been able to figure out why. Albertosaurus is A chocolate brown color, with speckled orange spots on the neck and chest.

And..Begin..

The volcano belched its fiery rage into the now darkened sky of Isla Sorna. Pterosaur shrieks blocked out all other sound, except for the deep rumblings of the mountain of death. The stormy gray ash was starting to fall like snow.

The lava was seeping down the slender slopes of the volcano with an alarming pace. A wall of ash was speeding down into the Lush forests. The Albertosaurus female got up from her small bedding area and took off with lightning speed.

Other animals had taken the hint as well, but were not as quick enough. The ensuing wall of ash and lava swallowed them alive. The ankylosaur in front of her was waddling to slowly, they would both be swallowed alive if she didn't act quick. She hurdled the armored tank, and kept running.

The shrieks of death rang out like a cannons blast.

She quickened her pace.

She came to a rocky out crop just outside her forest home.  She saw a large boulder at suitable jumping height some forty yards away, and changed direction.

The Lythronax came out from behind the huge rock. He was promptly knocked to the ground by the speeding tyrannosaur.

The Albertosaurus took no notice, hopping on top of the boulder. The lava was coming quick.

She didn't expect for the King of Gore to accompany her on the rock.

He roared in her face, an ear drum splitting noise. He was ready for a fight. By now, the Lave spread to their precarious perch, making a peculiar gurgling sound as it crashed against the boulder. The albertosaurus was focused on the lava, and the Lythronax took full advantage. He bit down on the side of her neck, forcing her entire body to the boulder. She struggled as hard as she could, kicking and clawing at the attacker.

The boulder started to shift uneasily. Thinking quickly, the Albertosaurus kicked out with her left foot.

The Lythonax lost his balance, and fell. The two tyrant lizards stared at each other, eyes full of hatred.

The boulder tilted crazily.

Boh animals struggled to get to their feet, neither could. The Lytthronax was starting to slide off.

He clawed frantically at the giant boulder, squealing in fright. His claws digging into rock made the Albertosaurus cringe as she herself struggled.

The Lythronax fell into the sea of lava and ash. As soon as he hit, the Dying squeals settled over the entire valley. The Albertosaurus looked over the edge, and saw the Lythronax.

He was floundering like a fish thrown up on the bank of the river, his flesh melting away. The scent of burnt skin intruded on the Albertosaurus' nostrils. One smell she wouldn't soon forget.

Then, there was nothing. The sizzling of the lava against any organic thing unlucky enough to be caught by the liquid death.

The Albertosaurus hunkered down on the boulder, she would wait the lava out. Eventually, it owuld have to go somewhere..

In the back of her mind, she knew she was going to die a slow, horrible death.

Winner....Albertosaurus!

Mother nature was on her side....for that short period of time any way..more on her later..stay tuned...

Now, for an announcement.

Geat fight like usually. I was rooting for Lythronax.

Keep in mind that many people have died for their beliefs; it's actually quite common. The real courage is in living and suffering for what you believe in. -Brom-
