The Tarbosaurus is eating. She found a carcass and had dug in, not knowing or caring what killed the animal. She had left the river that she shares with a female Oxalia a few minutes earlier, and couldn't believe her luck when she found the carcass. The Tarbosaurus and Oxalia saw they could benefit by working togather, so they did.

The Titanovenator is returning to his territory. He had been doing his evening rounds when he sensed the Tarbosaurus, and he started walking towards it. He saw the Tarbosaurus and roared a challenge, unhappy that something else was in his territory.

The Tarbosaurus looked up and stepped over the carcass, roaring a response. She looked her opponent in the eye, having a degree of confidence, having taken larger opponents. The Titanovenator had a degree of confidence as well, having taken opponents larger than the Tarbosaurus, but also having the home turf advantage.

The Tarbosaurus attacked first, biting his head. The Titanovenator freed himself and bit the Tarbosaurus's head. The Tarbosaurus roared in pain as she pulled free and jumped back. They walked in circles and growled while flashing their teeth. Neither wanted to back down, and they were equal strength.

The Titanovenator roared and headbutted the Tarbosaurus, knocking her back a few steps. He went to attack her again, but the Tarbosaurus ducked and lunged at the Titanovenator. She bit his neck from below and started pushing. The Titanovenator roared as he struggled to free himself, and using his extra half ton in weight, managed to escape.

The Tarbosaurus looked at her opponent, and he stared back. Both were gaining respect for the other. The Titanovenator charged the Tarbosaurus, and the Tarbosaurus stumbled back and lost balance. She fell on her back, but before she could stand up, the Titanovenator stepped on her chest. She looked up at the Titanovenator, and growled and closed her eyes.

The Titanovenator took mercy on his opponent and backed off. The Tarbosaurus looked at the Titanovenator, and he gestured for her to stand. She stood up, and they nodded at each other. She backed off and turned to walk away, and the Titanovenator watched.

Winner..... Titanovenator

Heavier, just as strong, home turf advantage gave the Titanovenator a slight advantage.
