Terrance's Story: Jurassic Park Chapter 8

After the Storm

Terrance walked to the nearest carcass and dug in. Muldoon followed, and he wasn't sure what killed it. Terrance ripped the Parasaurolophus carcass open, and Muldoon saw water pour out of it. Terrance ate several mouthfuls before he even noticed that there was water in the carcass. He studied it for a moment, and then continued eating.

Muldoon watched him for a few minutes, wondering how Terrance could eat the carcass so easily. He was about to get a piece for himself when he heard something coming. He looked and saw a Baryonyx running at Terrance, and he tried to warn him, but the Baryonyx was already attacking Terrance.

The Baryonyx bit the back of Terrance's head, and Terrance looked up. He roared at the Baryonyx, and the Baryonyx hissed. Terrance looked at the Baryonyx, confused, wondering why it wasn't going for one of the other carcasses.

The Baryonyx ran at Terrance, and Terrance was confused because a dinosaur half his size was attacking him. The Baryonyx bit Terrance's chest, and Terrance reached down and bit the Baryonyx's back. The Baryonyx let go, and Terrance picked it up. He tossed the Baryonyx to the side, and the Baryonyx ran away, deciding to eat one of the other carcasses.
