The Game Warden
It's been a few months since Terrance has hatched, and the genetic engineering has sped up his growth rate significantly. Terrance is about five months old, and he is already four feet tall, ten feet long, and weights three hundred pounds. He has broken out of his holding pen many times, and it's gotten to the point where the workers have locked him in a room with concrete reinforcements.
John Hammond is walking with a man, telling him about Terrance. "So what you're telling me is the thing was five minutes old and it bit a man's finger off?" "Yes Mr. Muldoon, yes it did." "What do you want me to do about, the thing is huge based off what you've said about it now." "Ten feet long, three hundred pounds, shouldn't be much trouble." "John, you're crazy." "No I'm not, I just want to see what you're capable of. All you have to do make sure the damn thing stays out of trouble." "Fine, I'll do it."
Terrance looked at the viewing window and saw Hammond and Muldoon. He watched as the door was opened, and Muldoon walked in. Terrance looked at Muldoon and tilted his head, deciding what to do. He tilted his head the opposite way, and then flashed his teeth.
Muldoon tensed, and Terrance charged. Muldoon used the SPAS 12 in his hand to block the attack, and he pushed Terrance off him. Terrance stepped back and looked at Muldoon, deciding what to do. He ran at Muldoon again, but Muldoon was pointing the shotgun at Terrance, and the barrel jabbed Terrance's neck. Terrance jumped back from the pain in his neck, and looked at Muldoon. Muldoon pointed the SPAS towards the wall and fired. The drywall sheet broke, and Terrance started looking for an escape, fearing the blast and power of the SPAS 12.
Hammond opened the door, and Muldoon walked out. "Good job Robert, I think she's scared of you now." "Thanks, and I hope so." "With any luck, you've humbled her a bit." "I hope so, I don't want to do that again."
