First, let's meet our contestants:
The original specimen is thought by some to be a juvinile, so the Baryonyx here will be a sub-adult. It was a medieum to large sized carnivore that lived in England in the Early Cretaceous.
And Monolophosaurus:
Monolophosaurus was a medieum sized carnivore that lived in China in the Middle Cretaceous.
BEGIN!
A subadult Baryonyx is hunting in a river. After it catches a large trout, it sees something: a Monolophosaurus! The spinosaur roars a threat to the advancing carnivore, but the diophosaur just runs faster. The Baryonyx casually walks up and left-hook slashes the Monolophosaurus in the face with its claws, including its giant one. The Monolophosaurus falls into the river from the attack, and it's over.
Just kidding! About 20 minutes later, the Baryonyx in knocked down by the Monolophosaurus! The dilophosaur snarls at the Baryonyx, and lunges its head in to bite the spinosaur's neck. The Baryonyx moves its giant claw in the crucial point, and the Monolophosaurus' eyes get wide. He falls down blod pouring from its neck. The Baryonyx feasts on it's new kill.
Winner: Baryonyx!
It was a bit larger, and also because of its giant claw, it was able to cut open the Monolophosaurus' throat. So, yeah. :T
