Let's meet our contestants:
Nothronychus:
A large herbivore that's an early cousin of the Therizinosaurus. It lived in North America in the Mid Cretaceous
And Carnotaurus:
A medieum carnivore that had very short aros, bumpy skin, and horns. It lived in South America in the Early Cretaceous.
BEGIN!
A Nothronychus is peacefully eating leaves off of a tree. Soon, it feels a sharp pain in its shoulder. It sees a Carnotaurus, that just rammed it with its horns. The Nothronychus is quick to respond. It slashes the Carnotaurus with its long, sharp claws, but the Carnotaurus half-dodges, and its knocked down. The Carnotaurus has exteremely short arms, so it may be over for him.
Fortunately, he gets up. The Nothronychus thinks The Carnotaurus is dead, so he uses this as an advantage. He crouches down, stalks up to the unsuspecting herbivore, and leaps on it. The Nothronychus squeals (can dinosaurs even squeal?) in pain and suprise, and tries to shake the Carnotaurus off. It succeeds, but before it does, the Carnotaurus leaves a long, deep gash in the Nothronychus' right leg. The Carnotaurus gets back up again, and limps into the forest.
The Carnotaurus runs in at full speed, and does a large, high leap onto the Nothronychus' back. He bites onto the Nothronychus' head and swings off, bringing the Nothronychus down with it. He fisinshes it off, and eats his new meal, which suprisingly tastes like chicken.
Winner: Carnotaurus!
Its speed, agility, and determination helped it win this time.
