Albertosaurus
Torvosaurus
Begin!
An Albertosaurus is hunting. She left her mate to look after the nest they made months earlier. She was looking for something easy to kill, and she came across a carcass. She took a few bites, and when she looked up, she saw two small Torvosaurus. The young Torvosaurus looked at her, and she looked back, wondering if she should eat them, or run away before the mother got back.
One of the juveniles made a squeaking sound, and the Albertosaurus still didn't know what to do. The mother Torvosaurus showed up and roared at the Albertosaurus. The juvenile Torvosaurs went behind their mother, and she flashed her teeth at the Albertosaurus. The Albertosaurus flashed her teeth back, wanting the carcass.
The Torvosaurus looked at the Albertosaurus, surprised by the challenge that she just got. She wasn't about to give up a challenge from a smaller opponent, and roared back. The Albertosaurus roared at her, determined to get the carcass. She stepped back, and the juveniles went into a small crack in the rock next to the clearing, and the Albertosaurus jumped over the carcass.
They looked each other in the eye and walked in circles, both feeling a great deal of pressure. The Albertosaurus mock charged, and the Torvosaurus lunged. The Torvosaurus felt her jaws slam down on nothing, and then she felt the Albertosaurus biting her face. She jumped back, and the Albertosaurus growled at her, trying to get rid of her.
The Torvosaurus didn't understand why the Albertosaurus was trying to scare her away, but she attacked. She pushed the Albertosaurus into the woods and stepped back. The Albertosaurus ran at her from the woods and jumped at her head on. The Torvosaurus headbutted her, and she hit the ground. The Torvosaurus walked over to her, and when she stood up, bit her neck.
The Albertosaurus started to panic, and the Torvosaurus applied more pressure. The Albertosaurus went limp before enough force was applied to kill her, and the Torvosaurus dropped her. The Albertosaurus opened her eyes and looked at the Torvosaurus, visibly scared. She stood up slowly, shaking, not breaking eye contact with the Torvosaurus. When she got to her feet, she lowered her head in submission, and the Torvosaurus growled at her. She ran away, knowing it would be ok if she didn't get a kill.
Winner...... Torvosaurus
Larger, stronger, and more determined, Torvosaurus had an advantage.
