Stegosaurus
Stegosaurus was a was twenty four foot long, four ton Stegosaur from Mid to Late Jurassic North America and Europe. It had plates on its back, and large spikes on its tail.
Igaunadon
Igaunadon was a thirty three foot long, four ton Hadrosaur from Mid Cretaceous Europe and Africa. It had a large thumb spike.
Torvosaurus
Torvosaurus was a thirty five foot long, five ton Megalosaur from Late Jurassic Europe and North America. The European version was larger, and it had a high bite force.
Begin!
An Igaunadon is looking for food. A drought hit the island, and the rest of his herd is either dead or dying. He found a bush, and went to eat, but a roar got his attention. The Igaunadon looked up, expecting a predator, but he saw a Stegosaurus instead.
The Stegosaurus and Igaunadon looked at each and roared again. The Igaunadon stood up as high as he could, and the Stegosaurus slammed his tail on the ground. Neither were intimidated, and they were ready to fight to the death for the bush.
A Torvosaurus had been following the Igaunadon for hours, and when she saw the Stegosaurus challenge it, she lied down, waiting for one to kill or critically injure the other. She watched the fight, but she also had to keep an eye on her young that were playing in front of her. She watched her young find a hole, lay down in it, and then resumed watching the fight.
The Igaunadon walked around the Stegosaurus, and the Stegosaurus bellowed out a warning. The Igaunadon got close to the a Stegosaurus and jammed his thumb spike into his side. The Stegosaurus roared in pain, and then he swung his tail, barely nicking the Igaunadon's side, and the Igaunadon stepped back. They looked at each other and roared again, and then just stared.
The Torvosaurus saw the whole thing, and after the same, boring cycle for over an hour, stood up, deciding to speed things up. She ran up and bit the Igaunadon in the neck. The Igaunadon struggled to free himself, and the Stegosaurus swung his tail in an attempt to kill the Torvosaurus. The Torvosaurus saw it in time, and turned, using the Igaunadon as a shield. She let go and jumped back before the spikes went all the way through, and the Iguanadon slumped to the ground dead.
The Stegosaurus struggled to free his tail, but the Torvosaurus was already attacking him. She bit his neck and started pushing. She freed his tail, and he lashed out, hitting her in the leg. She roared in pain and jumped back. The Stegosaurus roared at her, and she stepped back to the Igaunadon.
She took a bite, and her two hatchlings went to eat. She took a few bites before going back to the fight, and she hadn't noticed her young were eating while she fought.
The Stegosaurus roared at the Torvosaurus again, and she roared back. She circled the Stegosaurus multiple times, and when she saw her young, knew that she needed to kill the Stegosaurus. She attacked his neck, and she was biting it as hard as she could. She caught a glimpse of her young, and they were play fighting, unaware of the obvious danger they were in.
After several minutes, the Torvosaurus let go and ate her fill from the Igaunadon. She was about to leave when a roar got her attention. She turned back, and the Stegosaurus was standing again. She roared at him, but the fight had been attracting unwanted attention. She was about to attack when she felt vibrations.
She looked up, and from behind the Stegosaurus, she heard a steady booming. She started to back off, and she saw a Tyrannosaurus step out of the tree line. The Torvosaurus picked up her young, and the Stegosaurus began eating, thinking he had won.
The Torvosaurus walked away, content that she and her young had eaten, and decided to wait in the area until the Tyrannosaurus left. She heard the leaves rustling as the Stegosaurus ate, and then shuddered when she heard its neck crunch from the Tyrannosaurus biting him.
Winner...... Torvosaurus
The only carnivore, and having to feed her young helped the Torvosaurus. She had the common sense to leave when she saw an approaching T-Rex.
