This is actually very interesting. It definitely lets people remember that predatory dinosaurs, for all their specialized skills and behaviours, were also extremely opportunistic animals.
Whenever I think of a Carcharadontasurus, I think of it attacking a sauropod or an Ouranosaurus. Now, I can also imagine it fishing.
yeah! most people don't realize that they didn't eat only one thing. Modern predators take anything they can get their jaws on..Why wouldn't the theropods?
Thats true. Spinosaurus every once in a while, might eat large land prey, why wouldn't Carcharo fish every once in a blue moon?

i'm not entirely sure, haha. I just took my favorite two theropods: Acrocanthosaurus and Tyrannosaurus, and mushed 'em together
