Since this is my first fight i'd like you guys to give me some advice. Anyway this is maybe going to become a regular series at some point if a lot of people like it. Now, let's meet the contestants:

Lythronax Argestes

Length: 8 meters

Weight: 2.5 tons

Era: Late Cretaceous

Location: North America

Lythronax is one of the most vicious predators on Isla Pelea. They are solitary hunters, but they are still a threat to every dinosaur on the island, once a large bull Lythronax managed to kill an unusually small adult Tyrannosaurus. They prefer Hadrosaurs and Ceratopsians when hunting, but they won't back down from a fight with some of the large sauropods on the island.

Allosaurus Fragilis

Length: 9 meters

Weight: 3 tons

Era: Late Jurassic

Location: Europe, North America

Allosaurs often hunt in packs that can contain up to 3 members. They are fairly light-weight so that they can dodge the devastating attacks of their main prey, sauropods. It's claws can be up to 7 inches long, but that's not their only weapon. Even though their bite is "only" as strong as the bite of a lion, they can still exert extreme amounts of pressure with something that most people  call the 'Hatchet-Bite'. Their skulls were double hinged, allowing them to open their jaws very wide, like a snake, and then using their very strong neck to bring down their upper jaw like a hatchet, causing extreme blood loss.

Fight!

A small Dryosaurus, which has lost it's herd, is lowering it's head into a pond, to quench it's thirst, suddenly it can sense slight vibrations in the water. They become more and more and the Dryosaurus is starting to feel uncomfortable, when suddenly, a large herd of Dinheirosaurus stampede into the open plains, then a pack of 3 Allosaurs emerges from the forest.

One of them snatches up the small Dryosaurus and swallows it whole, then he joins his pack members which are still running after the Dinheirosaurs. It takes mere seconds until they reach the slow sauropods. They decide to go after an old cow, it was one of the largest in the herd, but it was too old and weak to fight back, or so they thought.

A very reckless Allosaurus tries to jump on the cows back, but miserably fails and falls down, the cow makes sure that it is dead by crushing it's skull with ease. The two remaining members are enraged about the loss of their friend. The mate of the dead Allosaurus has fallen in such a rage, that it doesn't notice that the old Dinheirosaurus is trying to hit it with it's tail. The other Allosaur tries to warn it, but it was already too late, the force of the tail was so strong that it literally launched the entire skull into the air.

The last Allosaurus sees that he has no chance and retreats, after mourning the death of his comrades. But in such a cruel world he has no choice but to eat his old pack members, for life must go on. But the Allosaurus failed to realise that his ,now dead, pack members had attracted another predator.

A  bull Lythronax rushes out of the tree line and releases and ear-splitting roar, hoping that he can scare  the Alloaurus away, but the Allosaurus simply roars back at him, thinking that he would easily defeat this smaller opponent.

At first the Lythronax is surprised how little his roar effected the Allosaur, but then he gladly accepts the challenge. The two competitors start circling each other. The Allosaurus makes the first move by trying to jump on it's opponent's back, since he's only fought sauropods and other slow herbivores his entire life, he underestimates the Lythronax, who quickly jumps out of the way.

The Lythronax charges at the Allosaurus before he can get back to it's feet, but the Allosaurus swipes the Lythronax's face. The Lythronax who has lost some teeth from that attack and now has a giant scar on his face, falls to the ground. The Allosaurus tries to bite the neck of his opponent, but misses and in stead bites the small arm of the Lythronax, easily ripping it off. The tyrannosaurid roars in pain as the Allosaur mocks him and then kicks his opponent into the chest at full force.

The Allosaurus lies on the ground with some fractured ribs, one of them piercing it's lung, and tries to get back up, but the Lythronax quickly charges into the Allosaur and breaks even more bones, but he slips and falls next to the Allosaurus, the Allosaurus tries to finish it now and uses the hatchet-bite at full force on the Lythronax, which manges to get out of the way, but still get's hit in the chest,  the heavily bleeding Lythronax bull jumps on his opponent, crushing even more vital parts of his body, and bites the Allosaur into the neck with all the force ha has.

A sickening crunch is heard, the allosaur sqeals in pain and then closes his eyes. The Lythronax releases the Allosaurus and then falls into unconsciousness. The next day it wakes up with fresh energy, it was hurt badly during the battle, but it will survive.

Winner: Lythronax!

Good fight. I was rooting for Lythronax. I don't really have any advice, keep up the good work. I guess you could make less use of commas, but that's just sentance structure.

I'm really glad to hear that you all liked it, as for a series, i'm probably going to wait until Mr.Happy's 9097MS is done and then i'm going to start it.

This is the 1000th thread on the 'Dinosaur Discussions page. ;)

Awesome fight UCMP! You have quite a bit of talent. I guess my only tip would be to quicken the pace at the beginning. But its only a minor thing. Amazing fight, I was rooting for Lythronax

Honestly, I've never heard of Lythronax, so I didn't know to expect. So I guess it was good! The storyline was great.

Youre fat, and I'm not sugarcoating it cause you'd probably eat that too.
