Mini story for return of the dinosaur king: THe First Hunt

The First Hunt

I has been a year since they hatched and they are now old enough to hunt for themselves. Being only 15 feet tall at the hip and  35 feet long and a layer of feather on there bodys, dwarfed by their mothers. To the young ultra predator life has been a big game to them but today it is going to change. There mother  called out to them “Young one come here.”  the small ultra predator ran towards her. “Young ones it has come time for you to learn to hunt you will not start out with the weakest of prey or the biggest. Your first prey will be a dragon.” The Young ultra predator looked at there mother and nodded yes and then she stood up her height being 180 feet at the hip and 385 feet long she is the largest female predator on earth. She walked toward the ruins of baghdad with her chicks behind her. Stay very alert she knocked over a bridge that was in her way, then her chick look towards a building she turned around and saw a group of people stand their.

The group was of military background but they have never seen something as big as an ultra predator, but what they did not expect was the young of the ultra predator. One of the group started to use sign language he said “We come in peace just passing by no means here to attack her offspring.”  The queen nodded and walked away, but her children want to stay turning around she gave a low roar and told the young to follow then they ran toward there mother and continued their journey. It was only a hundred feet when the sounds of wings on the air could be heard, she looked up she saw a bahamut the thing she was looking for she roar at the giant dragon taunting it to come down.

The young knowing what the roar means and ran into the buildings and waited for the giant dragon to land. It was not to long till the giant landed in front of the queen then the young came from their hiding spot and attacked the giant dragon. The oldest of the chicks jumped on the back of the dragon using his raptor like claws to steady himself. As the oldest young was on the back of the dragon the rest of the young attacked the wings. The Large dragon did not suspect this small creatures to bring him down. The bahamut was in it most vulnerable state as it was unable to move the youngest of them was to finish off the giant with a powerful bite the dragon was killed. The mother walked towards the dragon and picked it up in her mouth and walked back towards the nest and the chicks followed their mother read to eat.
