Ceratosaurus
Length: 8.5 meters
Weight: 1.5 tons
Height: 3.25 meters
Era: Mid Jurassic
Ceratosaurs are like the modern honey badger. Quite ferocious, and will attack anything, even if it much larger. They live primarily on isla nublar, where they hunt stegosaurs and small hadrosaurs. They must constantl'sy fight to keep their kills. Torvosaurus and Giganotosaurus are its main rivals, and ceratosaurs have learned how to fight these much larger opponents. Their population isn't very large, and because of this they must pick and choose their battles. Ceratosaurs are green with red vertical stripes down the body, their horns - which give them their name- are brown in color.
Sinraptor
Length: 7.5 meters
Weight: 1 ton
Height: 3 meters
Era: Late Jurassic
Despite it's name, Sinraptor is not an actual ' raptor'. They are large allosaurs that are well adapted to mountainous areas but do better in open plains, were they prey on small ceratopsians and other small animals. Unlike other allosaurs, Sinraptor is a solitary hunter, and do not tolerate others of it's species...except when its mating season. Sinraptor in identifiable by it's dark brown coloration and large blue spots down it's side.
Fight!
A lone Ceratosaurus wanders aimlessly through the small mountains of Isla Nublar. He has never been in these mountains, but had no choice. He was forced out of his cozy territory by a large Tyrannotitan, and now was staring blankly at the terrain around him. The Ceratosaur had no clue on what he would do up here, but decided it was best to find a fresh water source.
The Ceratosaurus walked for hours before he came to a small stream. He sniffed the air and listened for tell tale signs of a predator, but after a few minutes found none. Quite content, he bedded down in the tall grass. This area was perfect. Not that many trees, but plenty of grass to hide in. The muddy banks of the stream showed many Herbivores frequented the spot. The Ceratosaur couldn't believe his luck.
Nearby, the owner of the territory stirred restlessly. The female Sinraptor had seen the Ceratosaur enter her home, not a care in the world. She sat on her haunches, watching the now sleeping ceratosaur in disbelief. The Allosaur decided it wasn't worth the fight, after all the Ceratosaurus was a bit larger then her. She went to patrol her territory, thinking the Ceratosaur would leave soon enough. A bit hungry, the Sinraptor decided to catch some food. as She walked through her mountainnous home, she came across a herd of Maiasaura. She crept up on the unsuspecting hadrosaurs, and selected her target. The hapless prey animal was a sub adult, with a small but notiecable limp.
She rushed into the midst of the herd and seperated the injured sub adult from the herd. The poor animal tried to run, but the Sinraptor was already upon it. The Allosaur brought her hatchet jaw down onto the Hadrosaurs back and it collapsed to the ground. She shifted her attention to the hadrosaurs mid section and tore it open. She Gourged herself on the hadrosaur, eating most of it in half an hour. Quite full, she decided to see if the Ceratosaurus was still in the spot.
She walked to the stream and looked to where she first saw the Ceratosaurus. At first, she didn't see anything. A harder look revealed the red striped animal lying in the grass, perfectly camoflauged. Infuriated, the Allosaur let out an ear shattering roar. This got the Ceratosaurs attention. His large head now stood above the grass as he eyed the angry allosaur. Thinking he was already being challenged for his new home, he got to his feet and walked towards the Sinraptor.
All the Sinraptor wanted is for this beast to leave. Instead, it was walking towards her in a hurry. She let out the roar again, but the Ceratosaur didn't care much. He walked up to the Sinraptor and sniffed her, unsure of what she was.The Sinraptor watched the ceratosaur nervously, unsure of his intentions. The distinctive allosaur smell hit the Ceratosaurus' nostrils. He hated Allosaurs. the bull went into killing mode.
He slammed his head into hers, stunning the Allosaur. The Ceratosaur shifted his feet strategically, lining himself up with the Allosaurs side. He jumped, aiming to take his adversary out. The Sinraptor, now recovered, pivoted to the side. The Ceratosaurus landed awkwardly and his leg gave out. The Sinraptor took full advantage. She used her hatchet bite and bit down on the Ceratosaurs neck. The bull fell to ground, exhausted and badly injured. The Sinraptor gave a grunt of dismissal, and walked to the stream to drink.
What she failed to notice is that she hadn't killed the bull like she thought, this was the first mistake she made. The Ceratosaurus had gotten shakily to his feet, and now eyed the Allosaur. He rushed stealthily forward and jumped on the Sinraptors' back. The Bulkily built alloasur didn't collapse to the ground like the Ceratosaurus had anticipated. Instead, she pitched herself forward, flinging the Ceratosaurus to the ground. This fight had just become personal. The Allosaur let the bull get to his feet, but knocked him to the ground as soon as he did. The Allosaur went for a bite to the stomach, intending to rip the Ceratosaur open. Her second mistake.
The Ceratosaurus kicked with all the force he could, and landed it on the Allosaurs snout. She grunted and stumbled back, spitting a few teeth out on the way. The two enemies locked eyes for a moment, and rushed at eachother head on. They collided head on, but the taller Ceratosaur had an advantage. as the Sinraptor backed away, he bit down on her neck. She screeched at him, but this didn't faze him. He shook his head violently, digging his huge teeth into her neck. She attempted to drag herself out of the deadly jaws, but the grip was too much. The Ceratosaurus continued his lethal attack, and felt the Allosaur was starting to weakening. He pitched his head to the side, and sent her flying into the stream.
The Sinraptor got to her feet, but the Ceratosaur had jumped onto her again, and she collapsed into the freezing water. She knew she was close to death, but wasn't going to go quietly. She kicked at the attacking animal, leaving a large gash on his leg. He roared in pain, but resumed his attack. The bull Ceratosaurus bit down on the Sinraptors' neck. He forced her head under water and attempted to drown her. The Sinraptor writhed around, but was taking alot of water in. She couldn't breathe, and her life was slipping away. She was shocked to feel her head ripped above the water, but this was short lived. The Ceratosaurus stomped her neck, and dragged her by the tail to the muddy bank. Unable to defend herself, the Sinraptor watched as the Ceratosaurus began to eat her alive.
Winner...Ceratosaurus!
Bulkier and stronger, the Ceratosaurus basically threw the Allosaur around until he killed it.

Keep in mind that many people have died for their beliefs; it's actually quite common. The real courage is in living and suffering for what you believe in. -Brom-
