MemberCompsognathusJanuary 21, 2014sure glad to be done with this round! let's end it with a bang, shall we?
Sigilmassasaurus:
Length: 8.5 meters
Height: 3 meters
Weight: 1 ton
Era: Mid Cretaceous
Sigilmassasaurus is as ferocious as it's name is long. It constantly fights with theropods twice it's size, even attacking for no apparent reason. These Therapods look like a strange mix of Carcharodontosaurus and Spinosaurus, sharing a range of characterstics of both...Although more closely related to spinosaurs. Sigilmassasaurus hunts other small therapods, not even attacking a wounded hadrosaur when it had the chance. Sigilmassasaurus is a rusty red color with small purple feathers on it's neck.
Labocania
Length: 7 meters
Weight: 1.5 tons
Height: 3.25 meters
Era: Late Cretaceous
Labocania is a mid sized Tyrannosaur with a serious anger problem. It rules over the smaller carnivores of Isla Sorna with an iron fist. Labocania often picks fights with animals it knows it can easily kill, but doesn't dare attack a large Male Tyrannosaurus. One did, and it was ruthlessly torn apart by the larger Tyrannosaur. If labocania is in a particularly bad mood, It will knock down and uproot trees, dig giant holes for no apparent reason, or kill any near animal outright. Most animals stay clear of the Labocania. This tyrannosaur Is a light brown color, with white and black stripes near the base of the tail. The tip of the tail has a small amount of feathers on it, the reason for this is unknown.
Fight!
A female Sigilmassasaurus walks through her burnt out territory. A large forest fire had raveged her home, and she was lucky to escape with her life. Many other animals weren't as fortunate. The burnt carcasses of stegosaurs and ankylosaurs lay on the parched ground, animals far too slow to outrun the blaze. Every where she looks, she sees death. She moves torwards her cave, hoping that it wouldn't be as bad as the rest of her territory.
As she approached, she saw something moving inside her cave. She screeched at the ambiguous shape, and it revealed itself to be a large, horrifically burnt Dilophosaurus. She screeched at the animal once more, and walked towards the Dilophosaur. The badly burnt theropod didn't want any part of this angry beast, and attempted to flee. It was too late, and the Sigilmassasaurus was upon it. The Sigilmassasaurus bit down at the base of the dilophosaurs tail, and it slumped to it's knees. She walked to face the injured animal, then bit it's throat and waited for it to suffocate. The dilophosaur scratched her face, but it was doomed. The spinosaur threw the Dilophosaur down, and proceeded to disembowel it.
She wasn't even hungry, but the Dilophosaur was in her territory, and that meant death. She looked down at the dead Dilophosaur with loathing, and went to lay in her cave. She decided she would look for a new home later, but the small fight with the dilophosaur had both winded and wounded her, and she went to sleep it off.
A few hours later, the Sigilmassasaurus woke to the sound of tearing flesh. She opened one eye, and saw the small outlines of small Theropods. Scavengers. She hated them. She rushed out of her cave silently, hoping to ambush them. The Scavengers were procompsognathids, and they smelt her before she came at them. They quickly sprinted away, but one was lifted bodily into the air. The running Spinosaur stopped dead in her tracks to observe the cause. The full moon revealed the Procompsognathid to be in the massive jaws of a female Labocania, and the spinosaur just stood and stared.
The Tyrannosaur swallowed the small animal and roared at the Spinosaur. The Sigilmassasaurus had never seen anything like the animal in front of her. She had no idea if she should attack, or run for the hills. The tyrannosaur answered this for her when it rammed into her head on. The Tyrannosaur bellowed at the spinosaur, wanting a full on fight. She would get it. The Labocania rushed at the Sigilmassasaurus, but the spinosaur was fast. She swatted at the tyrannosaur with her tail, temporarily jarring him. She lowered herself and hissed at this new rival, inviting her to attack.
The tyrannosaur charged again, but turned her neck to follow the Spinosaur as she side stepped, catching her arm. The Labocania bit down with half a ton of force, crushing the Spinosaurs arm. The Sigilmassasaurus squealed and lashed at the Tyrannosaurs snout, leaving small scratches. This didn't hurt much, and the Tyrannosaur resumed her attack. She bit at the Spinosaurs leg, but recieved a kick to the lower jaw. She jerked her head up quickly, and felt the conical teeth of the Spinosaur bite into her thick neck hide.
The Tyrannosaur swung her head, and the Sigilmassasaurus was forced to release her grip. She swatted at the back pedaling tyrannosaur, but missed. They Bellowed at each other, letting the other know they weren't backing down. The tyrannosaur took a small step forward, and the Spinosaur lunged. She tripped over a large rock as she did, and the Sigilmassasaurus fell to the ground. The Tyrannosaur went for the throat. She bit down on the Spinosaurs neck, and yanked her to her feet. The Spinosaur prepared for death.
The sound of rapidly approaching feet caught both dueling theropods off guard. The tyrannosaur was hit like a freight train by an unknown animal. The Labocania hit the ground and looked up, to see the large shadow of an allosaurus standing over it. The Allosaurus was coming in for a killing bite when the Sigilmassasaurus jumped on its side. The Weight of the Spinosaur forced the smaller allosaurus to the ground. It roared at it's attacker, but the roar was cut off when the Spinosaur stomped on its neck.
The Sigilmassasaurus roared in triumph, and turned her attention to the now standing Tyrannosaur. She lowered herself to the ground and stetched her arms out to the side, while the Tyrannosaur slammed her tail on the ground. The Theropods were about to start round two.
The Tyrannosaur sprang forward with suprising agility and bit down on the Spinosaurs skull. The Sigilmassasaurus pitched her head violently to the side, and swatted the Tyrannosaurs snout. Blood now streamed from the large stratches. She saw the Sigilmassasaurus was on higher ground then she, and decided to make a break for it. She turned and sprinted, the Sigilmassasaurus hot on her heels. Feeling the fight was more on even ground, she abruptly stopped and turned to face her adversary. The Sigilmassasaurus collided with the Tyrannosaur, and the two were sent flying to the ground.
The Tyrannosaur was inches away from a dead Stegosaurus, and this scared her. She got to her feet, but the Sgilmassasaurus had a grip on her neck and forced her to the ground. The Spinosaur raked her claws on the Tyrannosaurs side, creating long deep gashes. The Tyrannosaur stood up, Loosening the Spinosaurs grip. She turned her body, and sent the Spinosaur flying forward.
The sickening sound of tearing flesh hit the Labocania's ears. A high pitched shriek filled the night sky, and the Tyrannosaur turned to find the source. The Sigilmassasaurus had fell on the dead Stegosaurs' tail spikes, piercing her thigh. She Struggeled to free herself, but couldn't. The Labocania walked over to the Helpless spinosaur, and bit down on her neck. She bit down as hard as she could, and shook the Defensless Spinosaurs neck, killing her. She lifted her bloody snout and bellowed into the night sky.
This brought unwelcome attention, She soon heard a bloodcurling roar, with running footsteps fast approaching...
Winner...Labocania! for now any way..
