The Utahraptor and Deinonychus pair are walking around in search of prey. They walked past the tree the Deinonychus likes to sleep in, and he decided to go to sleep there. The Utahraptor continued walking, and eventually found a suitable hunting area. He lied down and waited.

The Deltadromeus is also hunting. She wandered a little outside the paddock, and right in front of the Utahraptor. The Utahraptor watched her, and when she got close, he attacked.

He hit her in the side, and she turned quickly to face him. She saw he was large, and he saw that she was larger than him. They stared at each other, not breaking eye contact or moving.

The Utahraptor charged first, and he got a quick slash on the Deltadromeus's face, angering her. She charged at him and slashed his chest, scraping bone as her claws went through. He slashed her in response, and his claws scraped bone as he contacted her face. She jumped back and roared in pain as the Utahraptor tried to slash her again.

She sidestepped and slashed, hitting him in the leg as he ran past. The Utahraptor turned and attacked again, this time knocking the Deltadromeus down, and he ended up on top of her. He tried slashing her open, but she kicked him and he landed in the paddock. He landed on his feet and rolled, having little damage other than a brief pain in his leg.

The Deltadromeus walked over to the entrance, and when she got down, the Utahraptor was no where to be seen. She suddenly had an idea, and turned around in time to see the Utahraptor emerge from the pipe. They charged, and the Deltadromeus hit harder, sending the Utahraptor into the pipe.

He hit with a loud clang, and she ran at him. She started to slash at him, but was suddenly hit from the side. The Deinonychus saved the Utahraptor, and now she had two Dromeasaurs to fight. The Utahraptor would have been dead if the Deinonychus arrived ten seconds later, and she roared at them. The Utahraptor and Deinonychus roared in response, and the Deltadromeus prepared for a final stand.

Before either side could attack, a steady booming got their attention, and they felt the ground vibrate. An ear splitting roar got them to face where it came from, Rexy. The Deinonychus looked at Rexy and the Utahraptor, clearly nervous. The Utahraptor was nervous too, and he was even more nervous because the Deltadromeus wasn't. She looked at them both with a new confidence as Rexy walked towards them.

The Deinonychus looked at Rexy and the Deltadromeus, and ran away, knowing he was dead if he didn't. The Utahraptor looked as the Deinonychus ran away, and then looked at Rexy. He charged, jumped, and landed on her back. She shook around in an effort to get the Utahraptor off, but he held on. The Deltadromeus was watching when Rexy looked at the wall, and walked over to it. She slammed her side into it, but the Utahraptor had seen it and moved out if the way. She lied down and rolled over in an attempt to crush him, but he jumped off, and she stood up.

The Deltadromeus suddenly attacked from the side, sending the Utahraptor into the broken pipe and breaking his left leg. She finished him off, and Rexy walked away.

Winner of Death Duels 9097 Small Sector...... Deltadromeus!

Larger and equal on all other fronts, Deltadromeus had a better chance, and the Deinonychus only delayed the inevitable.
