Yesterday, I had an interview with an Amblin Entertainment executive, and I managed to dig up some dirt about the primary "antagonist" of the film. One thing that he said about the film was that it was going to be similar, but different simultaneously from the previous Jurassic Park films in that a few of the "primary" dinosaurs and animals were going to be lesser known and that the production crew was going to veer away from animals like velociraptor and tyrannosaurus, expressing interest in something like carnotaurus or even an allosaurus-like animal as opposed to the more "mainstream" dinosaurs. He even talked about including marine reptiles in the film. As of now, we do not know much yet about the specifics of the film, but we do know that some of the creatures presented in this movie are going to be more-or-less unique in the eyes of average audiences.

Well, Trevorrow confirmed Rex's coming back as the main villain. And you can't have Jurassic Park without Velociraptors. But, Carnotaurus would be cool (however, dismised by Horner), and an Allosaur-type dinosaur would seem legit considering the "leaked storyboards" posted some time ago.

BTW, what proofs do we have what you are saying there is legit? Don't get me wrong, but, in those days, we can't trust nobosy, so a little source would be helpful. ;)

As DinoSteve said, it's not Jurassic Park with out Rex and the Raptors (mainstream or not), and I would love the see what Nublar (the King's domain), and if it's a new Rex, or good ol Rexy.

Ok, so there's a guy on the Godzilla forums called Official Godzilla News. He recently posted something that is likely not true. So, uh, take it for what it's worth, but I don't buy this post.

I just checked it out, and I had doubts when I read about veering away from Rex and Velociraptor.

Oh yeah... Talaghan in the SB. Now all this turned in something as believable as the words of a 4 years-old.

Yeah. I'm just saying take this with a grain of salt.
