For a small theropod, Troodon. 

For a large one, an abelisaur(Tarascosaurus probably) or Daspletosaurus.

Can't choose between Troodon, Giganotosaurus or Carnotaurus.

Yeah...Carnotaurus would work. Like, Carnotaurus vs. Ceratosaurus.
