MemberAllosaurusNov-26-2013 8:59 PMAs you may already know, they are planning not only to make another Jurassic movie, but another TRILOGY. No offense, but too many sequels usually turns out bad. By bad, I am talking about the Land Before Time, there is actually a THIRTEENTH movie, God knows if they are making another one. The only movie I know that has lots of sequels, and each one is good are the Shrek movies (Except for Puss in Boot.) I don't know, its not good if there are too many sequels. Like Paranormal Activity, the first wasn't good, and they have 5 or 4 movies, I cannot recall. I loved the first 2 movies, I liked the third, not loved, I hope the fourth one will be awesome, though. But don't you think 4 is enough? What do you think?

MemberTyrannosaurus RexNov-26-2013 9:35 PMIf they do it right, then no, a new triligy isn't too much. But if the movie sucks and they make two more crap sequels, I'd still watch them, and then go back to my original trilogy on Blu-Ray (the first two more than the third).

The hammer Dracula movies were almost all good(minus Dracula A.D.) and there were 7 sequels same for The Evil Dead series(they're making a fifth one) and even friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street series were just dumb fun at some point. But it also could be like the Texas Chainsaw series where the first was an absolute masterpiece the second had its own charm but the sequels afterwards were god awfuL. It all depends on how they're made and the direction that they are given.

MemberCompsognathusNov-27-2013 6:09 AMA trilogy won't be bad, as long as they do a good job, and just don't ruin the magic of Jurassic Park.
Personally, I LOVE the first, I love the second, and I like the third, while I have big expectations from JW, I'm expecting a film comparable to the first two.
