This idea came to my mind a few minutes ago!
If a pack of giganotosaurus will be in jw,what about if the rex that we saw in the first film join the pack,mating with a male giga,and breed a hybrid that could be the main dino?
How i imagine this hybrid?
giga part:
-the body
-the 3 finger,and long arms
-the 50km/h top speed
T.rex part:
-bionucular vision
-extreme bite force
-high inteligence
-Streght

Personally, I'd choose the Rex body over the Giga body. That's the only thing I would change, I would add in teeth. Rex's railroad spike teeth with Giga's sharpness, so same strength as Rex's, same slicing potential as Giga.
As for a hybrid being in the movie, while interesting, I'd say no to that.

I also think that breeding with a Giga is the last thing that Rexy would think of if she were to meet a Giga. Didn't read that part over carefully enough.

Who says they need to mate? Why can't iNGEN simply create a "Gigatyrannus rex?"
Anyways, I don't think they'll use a Giga/Rex hybrid, but it'd be a cool idea.

but i think that a natural hibryd would fit better to the story.
