Dynamosaurus Imperiosus/ Raptorexxx 700
MemberCompsognathusNov-06-2013 2:51 PMsince this is my birthday and 100th post i decided to make it different by doing 2 things:
1:-New Type of post
in this new type of post i will discuss my theories and why i think they are valid and my first theory will be:
Asia and north America land bridge 65 million years ago
2 years ago a group of scientists in siberia discovered what appeared to be the remains of a troodon which was odd since all the troodon discoveries come from north America. I kept thinking about the discovery until i remembered that troodon also lived in the arctic circle which would mean that for the animal to traveled from Alaska to Siberia there would have to be a land bridge. other evidence include the presence of certain types of dinosaur groups only found in north america and asia (europe for some)
pachcephalosaurs: Asia, north America
ceratopsians: Asia, north America
tyrannosaurs: Asia, north America, Europe
troodontids: Asia, north America, Europe
Lythronax Argestes

another topic is the discovery of a new tyrannosaur called lythronax which is exciting because the rocks which it originated from is 80 million years ago which will shed light on the evolution of the dreaded North American group of tyrannosaurs it has just been discovered 2 hours ago so this is all i found about it Your text to link here...

MemberCompsognathusNov-06-2013 2:58 PMYou beat me to it raptorexxx. I was just about to post about Lythronax argestes, which means gore king of the south. It was found in southern Utah. It measured roughly 26 ft(8 meters) long and weighed an estimated 2 tons. Here's some pics...

I found out about it on the Walking With Dinosaurs site actually.

As far as your theory goes, it's possible.

MemberCompsognathusNov-06-2013 3:07 PMHaha, RexFan, I was just thinking at that. I'd love to be one of the few paleoartists that draw it. But first I'll include it in the tyrannosauroidea page on the Theropods Wiki

MemberCompsognathusNov-06-2013 8:16 PMWow! there have been so many amazing discoveries lately! The name meaning is awesome too "Gore King of The South". As for your land bridge theory it makes perfect sense honestly.

MemberCompsognathusNov-06-2013 8:30 PMI'm so hyped up about this new dinosaur. Once DinoSteve gets a comparison ready, it's going on the theropods wiki and my site.

MemberTyrannosaurus RexNov-07-2013 6:18 AMThat is a cool name, very interesting creature.
As far as the land bridge goes, very possible, people actually migrated from Asia to North America via the bearing strait when it was frozen.
Jack of all trades. Master of none
