Now we're getting somewhere in news! Casting, this is good. I think he might be, it's a rumour.

There's a chance he'll be in it. Like MrHappy said, casting is a good sign.

He was good in that movie. It would be great to see him in Jurassic World.

Is Elba replacing David Oyelowo? D.O. is gonna be in Star Wars Episode 7, so I figured that they're casting Idris Elba to replace him.

Is a good choice for a Badass character (not exactly the same, but similar to Robert Muldoon or Roland Tembo).

No one in the JP franchise is as badass as Muldoon, Tembo was close, but still not as badass. That's another reason JP 3 wasn't as good as the first two, no badass character with an awesome gun (Muldoon had a SPAS 12, and Tembo had that double barrel shotgun).

bob peck did a splendid job as muldoon, shame he died... Tembo, he was pretty B.A. but he didnt come close enough to muldoon... now elba-- could work-- pretty B.A. character

Hmmm... I can see Trevorrow calculating everything JW to be perfect in his little desk, haha. Wow, I'd really love to see Idris Elba in Jurassic World. He was great in Prometheus and especially Pacific Rim, and could be a pretty badass character for JW

Yeah, I think Elba would be a good equivalent to Muldoon and Tembo. That kind of character is important to a good movie.

Notice how this went from casting and a possible actor, to who's the most badass in the franchise. It is a shame Peck died. It would have been interesting to have a prequel showing the cloning of all the dinosaurs, raising them, building the park, etc.
