Utahraptor was a 5 meter long, 1500 pound raptor. Imagine him in a JP film! Could this be Horner's scary new dinosaur?

I don't think Utahraptor would be any better than JP's Velociraptor, which is only a little smaller in the movie... Being bigger it's even less likely to invade buildings ;) Troodon: I hope not. Also JP's velociraptor is still better than this guy. I did not much like the parts in the game with this dinosaur. I think Carnotaurus was meant and the hint implicated the scene from the second book: chameleon at night time...

I don't think Utahraptor will appear, it's just too similar to the JP velociraptor. The most probable new entry will be the Troodon.

Indeed-- Utah raptor is too similar to velociraptor for it to appear, However, It might be mentioned? the more likely answer it troodon, Especially following the mention of "you'll want to keep your lights on" and in JPTG troodons only attacked in the dark...

Life cannot be contained, it breaks walls, crashes through barriers sometimes painfully, but uh... Life uh, finds a way

Utahraptor is too big to be the new scary dinosaur, and too small to be a real threat. Troodon is the perfect thing to have. Small, poisonous, and it looks wicked, just wicked

I don't know about both Utahraptor and Troodon but my money is on Therizinosaurus. I mean 90cm claws and its a total badass.
