I hope you enjoy, sorry if it isn't as good as the last one, but when is the sequel ever as good?
Without further adu, enjoy.
Jurassic World Sequel Idea
The movie opens with the original Jurassic Park theme playing. The camera goes over the park, and goes between day and night. It shows children laughing and playing at a park. It shows some of the carnivores walking around, and some of the herbivores eating leaves. The theme ends with the camera over Rexy's paddock. Hammod and another man are walking past the paddock.
"So how long have you had this park in operation John?"
"A little under a year now Dr. Grant."
"Any mishaps?"
"Fortunately not."
"That's good to hear. Is this T-Rex you had back in '93 with the original park?"
"Yeah, it is. Rexy's fifty three now."
"That's pretty old for a carnivore."
"I know. I'm surprised she lasted this long in the park. She seems to like it here though."
"How long did you expect her last?"
"Six months tops actually."
Grant looks over towards the paddock for second and notices that it's open.
"John, the T-Rex paddock is open. Why is it open?"
"I don't know."
Hammod looks at the paddock, and then grabs his walkie talkie and says the paddock is open but Rexy is still inside. Less than a minute later, staff is there and closes the paddock without problem. Hammod and Grant continue walking.
"What was that about?"
"I don't know."
"That's one mishap."
"Haha, at least it was only Rexy's paddock."
"What do mean, only Rexy's paddock?"
"She enjoys the paddock, and she gets fed in there, so she doesn't really have a reason to go outside."
"Ok. She seems to have mellowed down since I last saw her."
"Is that so?"
Two security guards walk in with handcuffed teenager.
"John! John!"
"What is it?"
"We found the problem. Damn kid thought it would be funny to release the T-Rex."
"Put him in the holding cell for now, I'll deal with him later."
"Sure thing John."
Hammod and Grant continue with their conversation, and eventually they reach an area that's under construction.
"What's in here?"
"This is where Rexy is going to buried. We have a life size statue in there already."
"Why do you have a statue in there? And is that going to be open to visitors?"
"The statue is there so that we can have a memory of what she looked like, and yes, it's going to be open to visitors."
"Why?"
"I feel that everyone has a right to see just how big she was, even they didn't see her while she was alive."
"I guess that's a good reason."
"Now lets continue to the new visitor centre."
Grant points a little further down the path.
"Ok, what's that down there?"
"We found some remains while rebuilding the park."
"Who's remains?"
"Gennaro, Arnold, and Muldoon."
"I guess it's nice that you found and buried them. Wasn't there a fourth death on the island?.
"Never found Dennis's remains. I didn't like him though. Fat bastard costed me millions! I would feed him to the Dilophosaurus before I'd bury him on my island!"
"Ok John, lets get going to the visitor centre."
"Sure thing."
After a couple minutes, Hammod and Grant arrive at the visitor centre.
"This is the visitor centre. I didn't change anything about it from the original."
"That's pretty nice. That T-Rex you have ran through that wall over there and saved our lives in the original park."
"Ok, so I made the walls thicker, that's it."
"Would a dinosaur be able to run through this one too?"
"I doubt it, and I hope a dinosaur won't escape."
"So what's the new paddock material anyway? I didn't see any wires."
"Now we have multilayer plexiglass."
"Looks pretty good. What did you do with the remains of the original park?"
"I have helicopters taking people on tours of the original park."
"Sounds interesting. You mind if I take a helicopter ride?"
"No, not at all."
Scene changes to one of the helicopters where Malcom is telling everyone on the chopper about his experience on the island back in '93, and everyone else is ignoring him. He keeps repeating himself, and when the helicopter lands, everyone demands a refund.
"Why are all these people asking for refunds?"
"I don't know Alan."
"Let's take a tour, see what's wrong."
Meanwhile, Malcom is complaining that no one would listen to him during the tour.
"That voice, isn't it familiar to you Alan?"
"It can't be, what are the odds?"
"Dr. Malcom? Is that you?"
"Yeah. Who are you?"
"It's me, John Hammod."
"John? No way! What are you doing out here?"
"I'm showing Dr. Grant around the park."
"Alan's here too?"
"Yeah, I am. How are you enjoying the park so far?"
Malcom finds Hammod and Grant.
"It's great, I just wish more people would listen to me."
"Why don't we take a tour now John?"
"That's a great idea."
"Mind if I join?"
Helicopter takes off, Grant, Malcom, and Hammod are talking inside it.
"Hey John, what's with that wall over there?"
"Which wall?"
"That big one over there around the park and the original T-Rex paddock."
"That wall keeps the dinosaurs we haven't captured out of the park."
"You're telling us there are still dinosaurs running free out there?"
"Well, technically. But it's twenty feet thick and sixty feet tall."
"That makes me feel soooo much better John."
"What do you have yet to capture?"
"Not much actually. A couple raptors, a Ceratosaurus or two, the occasional herbivore, and maybe a a large carnivore."
"What kind of carnivore?"
"Spinosaurus."
Grant speaks up after listening to Malcom and Hammod's conversation.
"A Spinosaurus? You didn't have Spinosaurus on the tour in the original park."
"The exhibit wasn't complete yet."
"I almost got killed by a Spinosaurus on Sorna."
"What were you doing on Sorna?"
"Long story short, a kid went missing and we found him."
"I don't want to know what happened with the kid, but what about the Spinosaurus almost killing you?"
"It took down a plane, it even killed a T-Rex."
"It killed a T-Rex?"
"Yes. It twisted the Rex's neck and killed it."
"No way! We only had two Spinosaurus's, and one of them was on this island, while the other was on Sorna. We captured the one from Sorna, and it broke out of its pen, got into Rexy's, and Rexy dominated it."
"The Rex on Sorna wasn't that big."
After a while, the helicopter malfunctions and crashes on the opposite side of the island. The pilot is killed, but Grant, Malcom and Hammod are ok.
"Great, we're on the other side of this island, the pilot's dead, and there's no hope of getting the helicopter started again, so now we have to walk!"
"Relax Ian, it's not like this island is filled with predators waiting to eat us."
"Thanks, very calming John!"
"What did you do the first time you were stranded Alan?"
"We found place that the predators couldn't reach us to spend the night."
"But it's 3 in the afternoon."
"Then we walk to where we want to go."
"There's a park map over there."
"Let's go check it out."
They reach the map, which is faded, but they can see they are close to the bunker where the weapons were hidden.
"Let's go the bunker and get some weapons."
"Good idea."
"Wouldn't the weapons be useless after sitting there for over twenty years?"
"I don't know, one can only hope."
They reach the bunker, and just as they all get in, Grant notices a Spinosaurus and quickly shuts the door.
"Alan! Why did you close the door? It's pitch black in here!"
"I saw a Spinosaurus , it was huge."
"I gotta see this."
Hammod looks out the door and sees the Spinosaurus, and after finding a flashlight, closes the door.
"That was the Spinosaurus Aegyptiacus. The one on Sorna was a Spinosaurus Maroccannus."
"Let's go find the weapons and hope it's gone by the time we're done."
"Good idea John."
They find the SPAS 12s and M4s, load them, test them out, and check to see if the Spinosaurus is gone.
"It isn't there, lets go."
"Alright, but if one of us gets killed, I'm blaming you John."
"I think I would be the first one gone Ian."
"True. What are you waiting for? Lets go."
They walk for several hours, taking many breaks because of Hammod's age. They eventually find a place to rest for the night, and they manage to fall asleep. The next morning they continue towards the new park. After several hours, Hammod asks if they can have a rest because he's getting tired. They suddenly hear a raptor call, and they decide to continue in search of a better resting place.
"Alan, do you know of anywhere where the raptors can't reach us nearby? I need a rest."
"Not really, it's been over twenty years since I was last here."
"I'll be fine, just keep your eyes peeled."
"Sure thing John."
Insert dialog and events here (involving Spinosaurus and Velociraptors).
Several days later, they finally reach the wall, and a guard on his daily patrol sees them. He calls a helicopter, and all three are rescued.
"Sorry for the inconvenience. How would you like to have free lodging for a day or two?"
"Not sure John, this wasn't a great first visit of the park."
"How about the best rooms in the park for free for a week?"
"Sure why not? What do you think Ian?"
"I guess."
"Perfect, I'll get your rooms set up for you."
A little while later, Grant and Malcom are relaxing in their rooms, when a sudden roar gets their attention. They leave their rooms and bump into each other in the hallway.
"What was that?"
"I don't know."
They go outside, and see the Spinosaurus Aegyptiacus had gotten into the park. Tranquilizers aren't affecting it, and neither are the snipers.
"What the heck is going on John?"
"The Spinosaurus got into the park, and we're trying to capture it."
"Why are you trying to capture Italy."
"We have a paddock for it, and we were planning on capturing it, but we could never find it."
"So now you're trying to capture it in the middle of the carnivore block?"
"It actually appeared here, so yes. One can only hope it doesn't break into Rexy's paddock."
"Why not Rexy's pen?"
"She may be old, but she can still fight."
"I haven't actually seen Rexy fight before."
"With any luck, you won't."
The Spinosaurus, running around trying to get away from the helicopters and tranquilizers, manages to get the door for Rexy's paddock open, and walks in. It finds Rexy eating a fresh piece of meat, and forgets about the helicopters and tranquilizers. The Spinosaurus roars, and Rexy roars back. After a bit of a pushing and staring match, the staff got a good shot on with the tranquilizers, and the Spinosaurus got drowzy. They quickly went for Rexy, who had already grabbed the piece of meat and began eating. Rexy fell asleep afterward, and the staff got the Spinosaurus into an empty paddock.
"Rexy sure is strong, that Spinosaurus had to have been at least two tons heavier, and she still won the shoving match."
"I'm just glad that Rexy decided to go for the meat instead of the Spinosaurus. She seems to be friendlier since we captured her."
"That's good. I'm glad that no one was hurt John."
"That's a good thing too Alan."
"Let's just go to sleep for tonight."
Grant and Malcom walk off to their rooms, and Hammod gets approached by a woman.
"Are you John Hammod?"
"Yes I am. What would you like?"
"I found this hat and I'm not sure where the lost and found is."
"This looks my former employee's hat.
"What was this employee's name?"
"Robert Muldoon."
"Muldoon. That name sounds familiar."
"Really? You know him?"
"I'm not sure. I last heard the name over twenty years ago."
"Robert died over twenty years ago when the Velociraptors escaped."
"That's too bad, did you ever find him?"
"Yes. We buried him on the island."
"Where?"
Hammod points in the direction of the grave, and the woman asks if she can see it. Hammod says yes, and when they get there, she sets the hat on the grave.
The next morning, the woman gives Hammod a note and leaves. It says:
Thank you for giving me a sense of closure, I though Robert had left me.
Signed, Amanda Muldoon.
Hammod looks in the direction that she had walked away, and realizes that she's gone and he probably won't have another chance to talk to her again.
