Have an army of Tyrannosaurus wearing battle armor and for air support, a flock of Ornithocheirus. If they come by sea, make sure to have a pod of Liopleurodon as well. Or just leave the planet.

We're screwed if the evil raptors start their own T. rex, Liopleurodon, Ornithocheirus, P. funky and Arambourgiana army and start carrying plasma blasters.
