Your Own Jurassic Park

I would give all the families of dinosaur their own section. Some of the lesser known ones would be first on the tour, and the further along the path you go, the more famous and popular they get. I would have the Dromeasaurs and Tyrannosaurs at the end.
There would be a thing were all the non aggressive herbivores wander around an open valley, and for an additional fee, you could take a ride on a jeep or truck among them.
The aggressive herbivores and carnivores would likely be kept behind a cement wall (no power, no problem), or REALLY thick plexiglass. With a cement wall, there would be a walkway so you could see them from above.
With the creation of a Dinosaur Park, there will be people for, and against it.
Against:
Vegetarians (lots of meat required to feed carnivores), and possible animal rights people (carnivores like to hunt).
For:
The general public, people like us, and Politicians (tourists and taxes = $$$$).
This park does not only cater to the rich. - John Hammod
The prices include:
Admission = $30 children 12 and under, $40 teens 13-17, $50 adults 18-64, $35 for seniors 65+
Rent-a-scooter = $30/scooter for seniors (only seniors get a scooter)
Jeep/Truck ride = $5/person
Food is vendors choice ($10 maximum)
Witness feeding = $5/person herbivore, $10/person carnivore (viewer discretion is advised, and sign a waiver)
Souvenirs = $1-15
Stuffed dinosaur = $7
Toy dinosaur = $10
T-Shirt = $10 plain, $15 with logo, $20 with all dinosaurs from a family
Cargo pants = $15 plain any colour plain, $20 any colour camouflage
Ball cap = $10 any colour and pattern
Maybe the prices is a bit much, but the park needs to make money.
