Back in April, Jack Horner said that a new, scary dino would appear, and that you would want to keep the lights on after seeing this movie. My guess is that it's Troodon (maybe w/ a chameleon ability), but who do you think it is?

Perhaps the dino is not "new", but fiercer and scarier than before. A more terrifying Velociraptor or Tyrannosaurus for example.
My Guesses Are...
Metriacanthosaurus
Toodon
Carnotaurus
Liopleurodon

It's possible. But less likely, kinda like the redone Raptor or Rex. Not really new, just different looking.
It's more likely that it's something completely new, but Dilo is still possible.

I wouldn't mind a marine creature like a Leopluradon or Mosasaur to join the franchise, it's new and different, JP3 took to the skies with the Pteranadons, only fair to go to the seas. As far as scary dinosaurs go, either Troodon or Carnotaurus would be cool to see.

In the trailer for the 2014 script, one of the dinosaurs was a ceratosaurus, so I think that's is what he meant. Honestly, I don't think ceratosaurus Is that scary (it made a cameo in jp3 and it is only about the size of an adult dilo ) hopefully after the rewrite they will add in a carnotaurus or an allosaurus

If anyone here has read Jurassic park 2 there was a dinosaur I forgot what it was called in the book (might have been a ceratosaurus) but it had a camo ability like a chameleon. I wouldn't be surprised if this somehow gets incorporated.

Yeah, that was Carnotaurus.
I like Ceratosaurus and think it could be a decent minor predator. It was bigger than an adult Dilo for sure. Between 20 and 25 ft long and 1-2 tons. Dilo is around 18-21 ft long and .5-1 ton. Cera was also a lot stronger and more powerful than Dilo.
Like I've said before, I just wanna see the return of Tyrannosaurus rex.
