Credit to Makaveli7 for the gauntlet idea and DinoFights for theropods! I was really wanting to do a super predator theropod gauntlet and organized this one yesterday for T. rex, and I may do more. Rules from Makaveli7's gauntlets apply. A 43 feet long 10 ton T. rex takes on.... 1 . Suchomimus, 43 feet long and 7 tons 2 . Ekrixinatosaurus, 36 feet and 6 tons 3 . Tarbosaurus, 40 feet long and 9 tons 8 . Zhuchengtyrannus, 40 feet long and 9 tons 9 . European Torvosaurus, 40 feet long and 7 tons 10 . Sauroniops, 40 feet long and 8 tons 11 . Tyrannotitan, 43 feet long and 8.5 tons 12 . Mapusaurus, 43 feet long and 8 tons 13 . Giganotosaurus, 46 feet long and 9.5 tons 14 . Carcharodontosaurus, 46 feet long and 9.5 tons 15 . Won't get past Mapusaurus in my opinion unless he gets a hold of the neck early almost every battle.

Nothing could survive that. If it is just those 15, then I would have Rex last. Rex would have the best chance in my opinion, but even the king couldn't handle that.

Cool that you used my gauntlet concept. I, myself, got it from Carnivoraforum.com. You should check it out because it has some pretty cool discussions on all kinds of animals including dinosaurs. Anyways,I say Rex beats Suchomimus with only some slash wounds to the face, passes Ekrixinatosaurus with some broken ribs, gets some decent wounds from Bahariasaurus , passes Oxalaia with some pretty bad slash wounds. Sauro leaves some gruesome bites but is killed, Acro mauls Rex and has a 50/50 chance of killin him but if Rex passes, Rex is extremely lucky if he passes Tarbosaurus and Zhuchengtyrannus, done by Torvosaurus. Should he miraculously pass Torvosaurus he's not passing the carcharodontosaurs with all his injuries. Torvosaurus would do him in because it had perhaps the greatest functioning jaws with a combination or power, slicing ability, wide gape and practicality due to not having an oversized skull.
