MemberCompsognathusJul-09-2013 10:47 AMThree Sinosauropteryx have just hatched. Two females and a male. The females' name are Amber and Hazel, and their brother's name is Rusty. They instantly stick together, and when their mother comes over to put food down for them, they growl at her. It takes some time for them to establish themselves in this new world. After doing so, they eat up their meat, and start investigating the nest. They start exploring their world, and find that they are in a big nest made of twigs, leafs, and dirt. As they look out if the nest, they find that they are in a dense forest, and it is really hot and muggy. They also find insects flying everywhere, so Amber tries her luck and snaps at one. She misses the insect, but Hazel manages to clip its wing and she ate it. Amber, angry that she had her bug stolen, jumps onto Hazel and they wrestle around the nest floor for a while. Rusty curiously jumps out of the nest, only to have his mother bring him back in. A few years later, Amber, Hazel, and Rusty are all play fighting under the supervision of their father, when their mother comes back with some scraps of carrion. Seeing how little food can be carried at one time, both the mother and father of Amber Hazel and Rusty leave the nest to bring back more food. The three siblings start to wander out of the nest, when they're about 50 feet away, they hear something up in the trees. Suddenly, a Sinorthosaurus glides down from the trees and lands in between the nest and the young dinosaurs. They instantly huddle together and roar at the Sinorthosaurus, who just looks at them. Now Amber and her siblings start to cry for their parents. The adult Sinorthosaurus decides that it is feeding time and goes in to bite Hazel. As the Sinorthosaurus gets his jaws around her, the mother and father Sinosauropteryx jump onto the Sinorthosaurus's back. They then proceed to bite and claw him to death, then bring it, and their children back to the nest, where Amber Rusty and Hazel get a scolding.

MemberCompsognathusJul-09-2013 11:05 AMIt has been theorized yes. It's hard to say for sure, but some scientists have suggested it was venomous.

MemberCompsognathusJul-09-2013 11:08 AMWell, I saw it on Dinosaur planet when they had Sinorthosaurus. And I'm saying it is poisonous, but it didn't really get a good grip or a long enough bite to inject its poison.
Ps. Stick around for a Random Fight, it will be coming later today.

MemberCompsognathusJul-09-2013 11:09 AMThat's fine. Works for me.
PS- It was Planet Dinosaur, not Dinosaur Planet. It's easy to get the 2 confused though.

MemberCompsognathusJul-09-2013 9:10 PMIt actually had very aerodynamic feathers and almost certainly could glide Rex Fan. As for it being venomous, the research team identified possible venom sacks on the skeleton, but it isn't a lock. I liked the story very much. Keep up the good work!
