Jurassic Park
They used frog DNA to replace the missing DNA in the fossils.
The scene where Grant and Sattler were holding the door shut when Sattler couldn't reach the SPAS 12, Tim did nothing (not an inaccuracy, just bugs me), and shortly after when they shot the Velociraptor through the glass, it did not sound like a 12 gauge shotgun, and the hole it left in the glass was tiny (I think they used a .22 or something similar.
Jurassic Park: The Lost World
I doubt the male T-Rex would be involved with the kid as much as it was. I guess it was because the female wasn't in San Diego.
The city scene isn't really an inaccuracy, if anything, it shows human stupidity knows no limits.
Jurassic Park 3
Not an inaccuracy as a whole, but the Spino beating T-Rex. The way Spino won was off, I have no doubt a Spino could beat Rex sometimes, but just not the way it did. Spino didn't have the wrist action needed to do what it did, and if a Rex bit Spino's neck, the fight would be over right there. Also, Rex would have actually bit an opponent, not just headbutt (Mr. Horner could at least have made the fight more accurate).
Add anything you want too, I just covered some of the basic ones.
