Spinosaurus Rex
MemberCompsognathusJun-03-2013 10:15 PMOMG why is this thing messing up
Lord Vader
MemberTyrannosaurus RexJun-03-2013 10:16 PMBecause it was longer and taller than the other meat-eaters? You gotta give us some facts, not just a T. Does the T mean T-Rex and you were gonna call it small, weak, or whatever else could make Spino sound superior in every way?

MemberTyrannosaurus RexJun-03-2013 10:51 PMSo instead of replying to Rex Fans's discussion of Why I think Tyrannosaurus is biggest, you make a discussion to respond to it instead, but this is why you KNOW Spino is biggest.

MemberCompsognathusJun-03-2013 11:54 PMWhy don't you read Rex fan's side first. It makes sense. And please don't call me a Rex fan who doesn't know anything about dinos. I know that Spinosaurus Aegypticus was about 52 feet long and 16 feet at the top of the head. He had a mainly phiscovorious diet, and powerful limbs, and probably came into competition with Charcharadontosaurus over prey items. Point is, I'm not on team Rex, I just think you should look at his point. It's valid. Oh, and I feel like you should know, I'm under 13, and as long as you passionately study dinosaurs and have intentions on becoming a paleantologist someday, you should know plenty by 13. I look forward to working with you on a future dig site Spinosaurus rex

MemberCompsognathusJun-04-2013 3:26 PMSpinosaurus Rex deserves a chance, but I am tired of huge arguments breaking out because of something like this. Facts and theories can be stated but people don't have to be nasty about it. So if Spino Rex plans on being nasty, then I don't want to hear it. If he just want's to state his reasons, then fine

MemberTyrannosaurus RexJun-04-2013 4:33 PMEveryone deserves a chance. That is true. So lay off a little. I will to. Let's give FACT DUDE a chance to. If they get nasty, then let's try give them a little reason.

MemberCompsognathusJun-04-2013 6:50 PMI just feel like #1 Spinosaurus Rex shouldn't come on that strong if he's just going to state facts (No disrespect intended) and that he should at least read Rex Fan's side first. It makes sense if you keep the build of the 2 animals in consideration.

MemberCompsognathusJun-04-2013 8:53 PMThat's what I have been getting at all this time, thank you future paleontologist. I would like to hear Spino Rex's reasoning, but not if it's in a I Know Everything And You Know Nothing kind of attitude. I mean no disrespect and I doubt it will be, but futurepaleontologist has a point. You did come off very strongly with it.

MemberTyrannosaurus RexJun-05-2013 10:05 PMSorry if I came on a little strong (I don't know if I did or not). I just posted what I did assuming that was what S-Rex meant/knowing what he is like.
It may help if you read Rex Fan's discussion if you haven't already. We are just trying to stop the T-Rex hating. We are not diehard Rex fans, we just like the dinosaur. I like Rex better because it was one of the last dinosaurs, it has been found in the U.S. and Canada (I am Canadian, eh?). There are other reasons too, but those are two. Honestly, if there was a museum with a Spino skeleton (is there one?), I would go there in a heartbeat.

MemberCompsognathusJan-10-2014 11:42 AMActually, Spinosaurus and Charcharodontosaurus probably didn't fight over food since one was more adapted towards fish and small-medium sized animals and the other one hunted medium-large sized animals (including sauropods), maybe if one of them was protecting his territory/younglings or if it was during a drought in which fish is scarce
