I kinda hope they use daspletosaurusse since it's a member of the T-Rex family but is bigger and is a supposed pack hunter that much more scary than one t-rex, you dont just worry about one now you got 5 chasing ya all over

Yeah, Giga was a bit longer, but Rex probably outweighed it by quite a bit. And then there's UCMP 119742, if it would've lived as long as Sue it could've grown up to 15 tons and 16 meters.

height wise, only marginally. Weight wise, rex outweighs it with average size by a ton. (Rex 8 tons Giga 7)

Giga is every bit as long as Rex(possibly longer), but Rex is easily just as heavy, if not heavier. Allosaurids/carcharodontosaurids are always more slender and lighter built than the heavy tyrannosaurs.

Now, that's a whole other debate.

PS- Those are my max estimates...

Average-

Spino- 50 feet long and 5-6 tons

Rex- 40-43 feet long and 7-8 tons

Giga- 40-43 feet long and 6-7 tons
