I didn't bother with length, but HM is 7.5 tons while Rex is 9 tons.

Can't wait to see it. Here's my size ideas for the fighters...

Rex- 46 ft long and 9 tons

Horror Mouth- 50 ft long and 8 tons

That's just me though.

Nope, nope, nope, nope. I made a pact with myself to never get involved in one of these no matter how heated or mellow they were. Sorry to disappoint. But I can't go and lose sleep(yeah, I lose sleep because of it) because I have no idea what the heck is going on on the forums while I'm not there. So, count me out. Yes, and it alsis an be bad to be not be specialized. If that's what you got, and you are able to take a wide range of food, but aren't very efficient at it, then of our screwed. If your able to take the specilized food, and it runs dry, then your screwed. Nature likes to screw us.

12 tons and 15 ton bite force? pure fanboyism. 7 tons(average) and around 6 tons of bite force is more accurate in my view.

Paden, you have just made the most important point in the long run.

Respecting Earth's creatures is something too many people don't really keep in mind.  Analyzing different attributes and behaviours from conjecture is fun, but each species/population/individual is unique, and should be admired for what it is instead of being misconstrued without considering error.

Btw, I am a big M*A*S*H fan, and I watched the episode where Col. Flagg makes that quote yesterday.  That line is hilarious.

Well, the Spinosaurs where the Megalosaurs, and they where very successful, then they evolved. The Spinosaurs lasted some time. Not as long as the tyrannosaurs, simply because they where specialized. That is good when it can be used, and is bad when it can't.
